I actually like jax's region. Unlike evelynn, most of the weaponmaster cards work outside of Jax decks in both of their respective regions. I think that that's a cool way to use runterra champions, unlike evelynn, who would be the same if she was in shadow isles.

its fine if they "run out of mechanics" the game is at a point where it will get better from just adding more to each already existing thing. example more deep, more evolve, more equipment, more forge, more flow. more of the mechanics that barely have support.
I'm honestly sick to death of the whining about the origins. It's gotten childish as hell, especially since the only champion who doesn't have a similar origin is *the most restrictive in his decks*, has only ever had one viable deck, and that deck sucks.

What decisions do you really make when creating a Jax/Kayne/Bard/Evelynn deck? You may cut a really bad and expensive card and maybe only run 2 copies of another. They are completely self contained champions who will receive a new card once every blue moon if Riot feels like it because they would have to go out of their way to give weaponmaster or cultist or a chime or a husk to a card. You know how often Pantheon or Xerath receive a card? Every single time Riot prints a Targon buff card or a Shuriman landmark!! For that matter, do you know how often Jhin receives a card? You falsely equate Jhin being weak and having only one deck to Jhin not having a good origin, and that couldn't be more disingenuous. There a tons of champions with only one deck, but that doesn't mean that they are inflexible or badly designed, and there are a ton of incredibly weak champions as well. The difference is that Jhin's origin actually interacts with the rest of the game. It has you look at cards in a new and different way. It actually delivers on the concept pitched by Riot during the original announcement for Runeterran champions. Also, nobody cares if you think this criticism has gone on too long. The problem still persists, so the criticism of that problem will continue as well.

Unless my math is wrong, finding a certain equipment its chance is 1/8 + 1/7 which is not 1/4 because that would be 1/8 + 1/8 the second is 1/7 because you are left with 7 cards for the second option to choose from. This would be around 26.79% chance to find a specific one instead of 25%
Jax better be so fucking OP! I still remember getting penta killed by a Jax player 1v5 in the LoL days even before it was called season 1. Obviously i had to have this champ, so i safe up all my RP and when i finally got him he was actually still broken as fuck. Phantom Dancer stacking Jax with 100% dodge was so ridiculous - especially on twisted tree lines, when there was one mage maxium at the enemy team. Had a really interessting 3v3 where i basically enabled god mode for Jax. So yeah, im a fan and finally i'll be able to play him in Runterra
Exactly, this would be way better and much more interesting. Just make him open to all cards that have "Equip" in their card text. Boom done. The way it is now, Jax can only ever be supported with Weaponmaster tagged cards specifically, and at that point they could just as well have tagged them "Jax" anyway.

I feel like jax decks will have trouble with hand space if you keep getting all these weapons back in hand.
With those spells that lets you move equipments around I don't think it will be a problem, but otherwise yeah.
