Only work around right now is doing windowed borderless but ShadowPlay can't record that. I'm surprised the issue hasn't been fixed for PC, but at least the stuttering is gone.
***** You can record desktop with shadowplay. Its in the options menu in geforce experience. With that enabled, you should be able to record borderless.

It's a Battlefield 4 thing only - on BFBC2 and BF3 the revive range was quite short. I don't have a console, but from gameplay I've watched, the defibrillator range appears to be quite long too.
BrawlerAce Umm BC2 paddles could revive from second floor to the first floor. In fact you could revive through the second floor and revive a teammate that had died on the first floor and bring them back to life on the second. Such a wonderfully weird game.
