所は10 度近くです。
私は検査で血糖値が高く出ましたが、その他は全て正常です
今はりんごを食べて健康を維持します。
16時間空腹を作れば
細胞が若くなりますからたまに断食もします。ワインでも効果がでますよ。レスベラトロールの成分で長寿になります。
一回死にかけて助かってますから勉強しています。トマト🍅
とキャロットもいいです。日本には西洋医学以外に漢方医学もありますが値段が高いです。一番のクリスは祈る事です。
潜在意識を使い身体が良くなります。
特に寝る前にお願いすると願いが叶います。不思議な事です
