Not being funny here and I can’t disagree with almost the entirety of your comments Corbett but when you talk of lack of ambition and happy to accept mediocrity then ask for Derek McInnes to take over, a guy sacked by Aberdeen for playing beige boring football and is currently bottom of the league with Kilmarnock, I have to wonder if that’s a wee bit of a contradiction? Is he the limit of our ambition?
Think his point was that we’re in a precarious position, we’d all rather the fresh ideas from a manager that a pre season welcomes, the season is underway now and we don’t have the luxury of experimenting with an unknown foreign manager, you want someone in who knows the league and can come in to steady the instability and chase down the top end of the league, we need points and fast
@@HighJive5aye and that’s fair enough, just not convinced McInnes would be any different from Neilson or Levein even, might be doing him a disservice. Ultimately you get what you pay for and if you keep using the first team as a “project” for untested mediocre managers and players this is mostly always the result. Utter shite.
Would McInness really work under the hierarchy we have?
Need to get JJ out of retirement, he would have us playing better than the pish we are served up by iPad boy.
