Love how their themes together end up carving out a more mature identity with its unique sound. Kind of mirrors how divided they were still in L's shadow but together they managed to reach a new level.

this vid is amazing. question tho. I know both near and mellow come from wammys house which is a place for super smart people. I understand that near is smart. But is mellow smart? it felt like he was extremely reckless and made tons of dumb decisions. He even got himself killed because of a bad decision he made
@@1starfalco1 he knew he will get himself killed and thought it all through. He was still extremely intelligent but was the acting part of L. Him getting himself killed was self sacrifice so they could catch Kira ,even Near mentions it in the end.
@@1starfalco1Mellow is not most intelligent unit in planning areas but he can always act more faster than L, Near even Light himself. He can make decisions much faster and is literally reckless with everything but in the end he have different kind of intelligence and that's enough. Near can make strategies and Mellow can make the unique and unbelieveble choices which makes those two better in some areas.

But still i don't think they are better than L or Light even their joint forces but Light make the mistake of trusting someone with Death Note and belittled those two.
@@1starfalco1Mello was smart enough to understand only something reckless would cause Light to make a mistake. His approach was necessary, and the fact Near needed him proves that. I'd say in terms of intelligence Near and Mello are both supergeniuses but they just don't have the ideological maturity of L and Light which is why any move L or Light make are usually way more purposeful and meaningful because there's a broader picture and they're more complete as people whereas Mello and Near are supposed to be younger and still growing. Which is why, to me, combined they can reach up into L and Light's level.

If that I have been subscribed to this channel for a long time, so I saw it. However, then the video at least on this topic stopped gaining views, although the music is a masterpiece. Therefore, I think that the author deserves more.

Based on my last comment im sure you can infer Im glad to see more deathnote content. I love how this theme compares to the Light and L mashup. To me and possibly to you, these themes set the tone for how these characters work together and the chemistry they have. L and light both being brilliant on their own but nearly unstoppable when working together for that breif moment during the story to me is well encapsulated in your mashup. Both their themes dovetail so nicley and almost enhance eachother. What I love that you did with this theme was that it feels like it has so much gridlock and almost that these themes are working against one another in a good way. It just portrays the feeling I had of the mello and nears teamwork in the show so well and Im glad you did it. Keep up amazing work! congrats on one million views with the L theme!

The first successer to L, "A" (The Alternative), who commited suicide when the pressure became too much, might be cool to do. No official themes exist, much like Beyond Birthday, so it would be original work.
Or, perhaps Rengoku's theme in Demon Slayer? He's an intense human who embodies much of the virtues of humanity, and I think his theme would be great in your style.

@@Navraaj-Singh_ I think the roots for his downfall were cemented since the very early episodes. The moment he was under suspicion of L there had only to be one serious moment of misfortune and he is exposed.
As it is, he was lucky way longer than he should have been. Almost like repeatedly winning the lottery kind of luck.
But honestly something like that at the end of the series should have happened way sooner.
