What is the use of revert to last saved config and revert to running config if we are follow given video procedure to revert back old config

Last saved configuration could be of configuration you saved before a month or even longer, when you saved it.
While revert to running configuration means it will keep the running configuration and whatever config you just made and didn't commit will be reversed.

It does auto-commit during restore.
If you don't see it in the task manager, commit manually
