Ok, might as well use this comment section as a vent and explain how much Chan and skz had really done for me:
I wasn't a stay until a few months ago. I was truly, honestly and heavily living through what I think had been the worst moments in my life. My whole family got covid, my dad was sent to the hospital and we didn't see him for almost a month while been almost sure than at any moment someone would just call us to tell us he has passed away; my mom was stressed and depressed while she was weak of fighting covid as well, and as the older child I took the responsability of making things easier the best I could. I prepared food, I answered the phone, I tried my best to take care and reassure both of my siblings, during the nights I had to wake up every hour to check on my mom's oxygen level, I was even more stressed because I knew I was falling behind in school but I was just so tired and my back hurted as hell thanks to covid. Even before all of that I was also having problems with talking with my friends, but during this time period I just completely stopped talking with them. And lastly to wrapp everything I discovered that someone I deeply trusted and that I still deeply love had done something that really made me feel betrayed, but I didn't want to be mad at them either because it just hurted too much.
I was so alone, scared, tired and many more things. Then one day I found the Backdoor mv, I liked the song but didn't pay much mind to it. Thank God youtube started recomending me more stray kids songs that I still listen because I liked them, still I didn't considered myself a Stay. Then I found Bang Chan's "I hate to admit" and thank God it was 4 am in the morning so my siblings couldn't see me cry because I cried my lungs out. The song explained exactly how I felt about the person that is so important to me but hurt me so much and for the first time in a lot if time I actually fekt better after crying. I felt understood. After that I found Changbin's streetlight, Changbin and Felix's Because I love you, MIA, Hellevator, levanter, grow up, voices, slump and so so many other beautiful songs by them that just helped me gain a bit of strenght through everything. Then there are his lives, his Chan's room became my place of comfort and strenght to fight back some bad things I was doing because of stress. He helped me so much. If it weren't for Chan and Stray kids things could have been so different for me from that moment till now, and it was because of his song that I stayed. Bang Chan was literally a guardian angel for me.
I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that this year, but I’m so glad you found a place of happiness in all of the chaos through stray kids 💜💜💜

@@anikafrfr same. I hate to admit and Changbin's streetlight kind of became my comfort place during that time and I still go back to them every time that I need them. Right now things have become a little less chaotic, we already went through covid, my dad came back home (tho his physical health still is compromised), and even tho I'm still fighting a few things I'm in a way better place than back in those days. I'm happy to hear that others find comfort in Chan song's as well, I hope he finds out about it soon. 💜 and thank you, stay strong as well, if you ever feel like talking to someone but don't know who to talk, feel free to leave a comment here, I ptomise I don't judge. Fighting!

It's so true he helped me get through a lot, i never believed in myself, i got bullied in school just because I have freckles and my heart had few operations, and always wanted to give up but when I found stray kids I started to get up and became stronger and found friends who's actually there for me I got better with my family. Chan helped me so much to not give up I will be forever thankful to him ❤️
