Just cutting catching noobs, do not charge shots, do not charge bows, charge skills while standing in front of the enemy, an adequate power bow will remove the hp floor with a shot to your assembly, without penetration
The reason why I stop is stam you'll be stammed out literally in 4 shots if you drawing bow with sprinting. Consequently foot archer isn't viable in MO2 not like MO1. Death hand is more like foot archer position in MO1.
This is terrible to watch. Like gdamn why did the UO modern recreation have to be so bad. The lag.... Everyone has to standstill to shoot each other wtf is that...
This is what really bad PVP combat looks like. This is a call of duty player who is killing noobs in the woods with a bow. Any skilled player will pull out a sword and get in his face and wreck his day. You can't aim a bow while you're getting your head smashed in.

Imagine if any of these "foot Archer" enemies had any skill with a melee weapon and commited to a melee fight. You'd be dead in seconds.
Do you use marksmanship skill with this build?
You would benefit a ton from going stout. Way more hp, stamina, and the str bonus is nice.
