Since they no longer have any DEI policies to contend with, they'll be free to only hire people without pronouns. Sounds like a sound business decision to me.

Because the second you do that, you've alienated part of your customer base, and that makes you lose money. They cross-referenced the profits and profit margins of businesses that were more socially active and found companies that were socially engaged netted larger profits than companies that only were driven by profit. Its a lie by structure. Actually looking at their shody research they make a few mistakes: They neglected companies ages and sizes. Older, larger, more successful companies by this point have well functioning economies of scale and credit reputation. They get better deals because other companies know they can pay. Instead of comparing the same company and adjusting for better, modern efficiencies and large scale deals they treat the mom-and-pop-shop the same as Walmart. Which of these two could afford to have diversity quotas? Smaller companies wont even have enough employees for a lot of DEI intiatives to even be possible. This also neglects to even actually see if the same company is deriving extra profits from these initiatives by comparing these companies against themselves at previous points with a greater focus on growth and profit.

I’m so sick of ESG. I work in Cali, but we are a Danish owned company. ESG has a huge push in Europe, and because the parent company is so large, we are required to report on all these ESG requirements. Companies over in Europe refuse to do business with anyone that doesn’t have a high ESG score/rating. Unfortunately for me, I’m the one who now has to spend countless hours collecting all this data for the parent company, because this is mostly getting dumped on accounting departments.

While researching ESG, the basis for it is from a corporate activist and a financial advisor (forgetting their names). They cross-referenced the profits and profit margins of businesses that were more socially active and found companies that were socially engaged netted larger profits than companies that only were driven by profit.
Its a lie by structure. Actually looking at their shody research they make a few mistakes:
They neglected companies ages and sizes. Older, larger, more successful companies by this point have well functioning economies of scale and credit reputation.
They get better deals because other companies know they can pay.
Instead of comparing the same company and adjusting for better, modern efficiencies and large scale deals they treat the mom-and-pop-shop the same as Walmart. Which of these two could afford to have diversity quotas? Smaller companies wont even have enough employees for a lot of DEI intiatives to even be possible.
This also neglects to even actually see if the same company is deriving extra profits from these initiatives by comparing these companies against themselves at previous points with a greater focus on growth and profit.

3:00 mark, there was an Elvis interview where he was asked about politics. He chose not to speak about politics/self censor his own opinion. He clearly stated he was an entertainer and also didn't want to alienate his fans just like Michael Jordan.
To be successful all a company has to do is come out and say we're not woke .

If I had a company,I would NEVER use Dei or Esg ever! I wanna make an animation studio because i wanna make cartoons. I live in meridian and we do not have a cartoon studio where I can work at in the future.

I’m so sick of ESG. I work in Cali, but we are a Danish owned company. ESG has a huge push in Europe, and because the parent company is so large, we are required to report on all these ESG requirements. Companies over in Europe refuse to do business with anyone that doesn’t have a high ESG score/rating. Unfortunately for me, I’m the one who now has to spend countless hours collecting all this data for the parent company, because this is mostly getting dumped on accounting departments.
When I see corporations actually get back in line and put customers first THEN, I will believe it. When businesses want to make money I will believe it. When businesses actually stand by their word … You get it.
Until we are at least a generation of concrete change down the road it is just vapid words.
They've always known it's bad for business. They watch their bottom line with a microscope. All they're saying is that they are going to keep doing it, but this time more discretely. Just like Bob Iger said about Disney.
They will never give up on their goal. They are simply changing the name to BRIDGE. They will never stop until the people take the fight to them and put their feet down.
They knew it was bad. This isn't "YEAR 1" of life folks. These are people who have decades of training and centuries of corporate history behind them. Governing through corporations is fascism. These are un-elected people, who didn't earn, or create anything trying to circumvent our rights, and voices. This is well beyond forgiveness. Furthermore, I do want to know their politics nowadays. They opened the door for this! Now we're going to walk through it! 😁

I started to notice in 2019, and didn't really start taking issue with it until late 2020.
Now I have that very negitive reaction you referred to. If I think it might be woke, I'll reject it before even bothering to give it a chance. Not worth my time finding out whether it actually is or not.
