Lovely card and congrats on your move! I was going to say I get my best organizers at Aldi and Target. Target has wonderful bins on the bath organizer aisle and great clear ones with the plastic bins. They also have very nice acrylic lazy Susans that are very reasonable. Happy painting and organizing!

It’s true about Minnesota Nice. Loved all the friends we made living there for 11 years. Chic F Lia is located south in Minneapolis at the u of M if you get that craving. Glad your move is done. Welcome to MN. "Minnesota Nice" is definitely a thing here. My extended family is from IL and we settled here in MN about 55 years ago. One thing I can tell you; the winters are very different in MN. Get yourself a good snow thrower. ;). Back you your lovely card, love it! They layering colors are so pretty together. Thank you.

Hi Laura! Beautiful card! TFS!! I grew up in Lake Minnetonka. Take a ride there one day. It’s gorgeous! Make sure to stop & eat at Maynard’s. You can sit out back on the water & I highly recommend the Walleye Sammy & Waffle fries. 💕

Hi Laura, great to see you back! Happy to hear you enjoy your new home and area. You can add more windows or larger ones once you settle in and that'll give you all that natural light.
There's been moves on my end. My husband and I just had our offer accepted on a new house. We intended to buy the house we've been renting the last 4 years but the landlord pulled some shenanigans. We will miss our neighbors but we love our new house and it's about 10 min away so we'll still be able to get together.
My mom in her early 70s just moved to NC from up north. My sister lives there and I plan on moving there when I return to the States so mom decided she was going to move there. It was sad for her and a bit for me; she'd been in her house for 46 years and it was my childhood home. I was there a couple years ago for a visit but I couldn't get back this year before she moved. So, a bit sad for me too.
That's a lovely card. I got the Best Friend Vibes set after seeing your video and made a few cards with it. Every person I made one for loved it!!
I hope you do a craft room tour when you get it set up as you want it.

Beautiful card! I have this die on order at our local b&m store. I think so many colors would work for this design. Love to hear your ramblings. And moving….. I couldn’t wait to get out of Illinois. But we were up near Chicago all my life until my kids moved out and it was so crowded. Now we have been near Phoenix for 21 years and it is the same way…..crowded and lots of cars. I am ready to move again. A good way to purge when one has “collected” all this stuff. Oh well, can’t wait to hear updates on your move. Thank you for sharing!

Glad you survived the move and gave us an update! We definitely want to see more of the craft room progression and if you do meet up with CZ we will want to see that too! You must have been in Southern Illinois (where my mom is from). I’m a Chicago city gal but loved my summers in the country as a kid.
We were in the Pekin/Peoria area of Illinois.

This is so beautiful, Laura!! And congrats on your big move and new house! You're doing so good at the unpacking haha! We moved about three weeks ago, and I wish I was as unpacked as you!!! And I totally agree on it being a time warp haha, I haven't known what day it is, and I keep thinking it's October 😅. One desk I really recommend is the Trotten sit/stand desk at Ikea! It's very solid, and I love that you can make it a standing desk when you want it to be! So happy to hear you and your family are settling in nicely!💗
