Literally speaking, the last thing you wanna do is bring the fight to Sean, who relies on his left-hand counter. He's a one handed fighter, relying on his left, everything is for setting up that counter. When you don't actively try to land heavy and avoid throwing your own right hand which he pulls-away from before countering, Sean is a rendered weaponless. Merab didn't throw heavy rights for Sean to counter, threw other busy shots and shot takedown after takedown -- This is the way to shutting down Sean. it's the same way for shutting down Conor.
I don't understand all the hate on him. He was a good champ. He had a flat night, probably hiding an injury to fight in his dream venue, on a good card, making life altering payday from it. He was even humble in his defeat, going as far as apologizing to the fans.
@greengrugach1984 really? Compare his movement in round 1 with his movement against Chito in round 5 after throwing 300 punches. He was flat footed from the start. Merab definitely outclassed him, but the OMalley we know didn't show up
getting a yan fight after eyepocking munhoz (and losing the first round) is worse than getting booked against cory twice (nevermind that cory himself wanted that fight)? i turned off video after hearing this. another delusional smelly fanboy
If you're a UFC champ with average skills in one discipline, like O'Malley's wrestling and grappling, it will eventually catch up with you.
Love your vids. Subbed
@@millsbillz thank you 🙏🏻

He's such a exciting fighter . None the less he's not going anywhere
