Nice informative comparison video upon IWATA Airbrushes. I'm not a professional Airbrusher, and I have no desire to become a professional airbrusher. I'm retired, so in retirement, and to keep busy doing things as a hobby, I just like to tinker around with airbrushing as a personal home hobby. Right now, I'm in the process of possibly upgrading my existing home airbrush inventory to a higher grade, better performing airbrush. In that upgrade, I'm thinking about upgrading to an IWATA airbush as IWATA airbrushes are very good airbrushes. Not that Badger , Paasche, and Harder & Steenbeck aren't nice and great performing airbrushes as they are. A lot of professional Airbrusher's swear by those brands and I repect their opinions and their judgments. But because I'm not a professional airbrusher, and I am not having to earn my living at airbrushing, I'm just not willing to put out that kind of extra amount of monetary funds for those particular higher priced brands at this time. However, a lot of airbrusher's also swear by IWATA airbrushes as well, including some of those professional airbrushers. I have seen many videos upon airbrush comparisons. But those comparison test videos all seem to be upon cheep airbrushes compared to more expensive (or high priced), airbrushes. But none of those video's seem to perform a comparison test on any airbrush and how that particular airbrush would perform when using 3 (or more), different sized needles and nozzles. However, even in this comparison video it was performed while using 3 different IWATA airbrushes and each airbrush had a different sized needle and nozzle. That is OK in itself. But, to me, it would have been a better comparison test if it had been performed with the same 3 different IWATA airbrushes and a comparison test was performed with each of those 3 IWATA airbrushes while using 3 different sized needles and nozzles in each of those IWATA airbrushes. Could you, yourself, (or anybody else for that matter), possibly produce such a comparison video using all 3 of those same IWATA airbrushes, but each time using 3 different needles and nozzles in each of those same 3 different IWATA airbrushes? Anyway, "Thank You" for producing and sharing this great comparison video.
i have an eclipse, and a micron(.23), and i just ordered a Micron SB and am getting exited as it should be here in a few days. This was an awesome review. I'm going to be blowing HOK through it feeling that with the .18 will preform better with solvents. Thanks for this!!!!
Hello, I haven’t used these paints so you have to follow instructions on the label. I always dilute my paints a little bit more than it’s written on the label to ensure the paint flows better.
I have a gun with a .2 needle and I an not get a fine line to save my life. I have played with pressure, paint thickness and so on... so HOW SHOULD the gun and paint be set up to accomplish this?
sweet airbrush! , how much paint do you need for the Custom Micron SB ? I can see the tube of side feet cup is at the middle, do you need to fill with paint all the way up to the middle of the cup?
Got these 3 plus a few more by different makers, The Creos Mr. Hobby PS-770 blows all of them out of the water for a fine detail gun, but I have a Iwata HP-B with someone else's needle that is the best detail gun but I believe the Eclipse is great for general purpose/
@storing_theplayer kennedy Personal Opinion here, But since the CM-SB lacks a MAC valve, I believe I am warranted in my opinion since I do not have to go back and forth to the compressor for fine adjustments for the PS-770. Plus when I put the CM-SB in a holder it is side heavy and turns over, Not to mention the price which is double for the CM-SB and a new needle and head is twice as much for the CM-SB. Come to think of it I have a laundry list of items..
really?.... . i work on flats all the time and if i had to pull every hood and trunk, just so i could make them vertical.... well, you get the point. as far as the sb goes, there's nothing stopping you from painting ceilings for the rest of your life.

Very nicely executed this video showed me more in those couple minutes ,than all afternoon watching airbrush videos here on the tube, congratulations you just got a subb‼️👌👍✅🍷😎
Hello in the video I noticed that Iwata HP-CH has a key under the cup and in Iwata HD-CS there is no key under the cup, my question is what is the benefit of this key and my second question which is better in your opinion? Because I am in a whirlpool and do not know what kind I will buy, thank you so much 🌹
That key your asking about is called a Mac valve it allows you to control the amount of air pressure flow psi on the airbrush itself. so you don’t need to control it from the tank if you choose to.

Decent Video, People in the Cafe` thought I was watching Porn though because of the music. Would have a better idea of what they could do if I knew what paint and air pressure you were using, my HP-CS does better than that with india ink and 15 PSI.
you need more practise ,,a good hand makes a good airbrusher .if you covered the brushes and tried the same exercise the lines ,dots etc would be identical,,make that vid

Хороший обзор.
Видно, что для большинства задач eclipse и hi-line более чем достаточно. А микрон это в первую очередь ПОНТЫ...
Thank you very much for video! Could you, please, give an advice about proper dilution of Vallejo Model Air paints + Primers to get a proper result?

It’s all down to the person using it the eclipse I don’t think you can go wrong.
Just got an eclipse!!. Delivered today... So what does the video show us. It all kinda looks the same to me. Someone help me out.
so far i like the eclipse

Con un eclipse con pintura muy diluida y mayor presión se hacen líneas como las de un boligrafo
Thanks for the video, think I’m going to buy the eclipse!
dont go by this video.. its SHIT !
U should try hp Ch its amazing dude
I'm buying an airbrush to paint some paint chips up to 2" on the roof of my white SUV. Do you think the CB would work for that?
It looks like the guns were fighting you. What paint did you use?
Unless the hopper is full, horizontal surface will give most gravity feed brushes trouble. Should test using an easel !
