After ten years of having Lord Huron in my life and thinking I'd never experience them live, I'm finally going to see them this year in Finsbury Park, UK and I feel all kinds of emotion about it 😅 There aren't many bands that really connect to my soul like Lord Huron do. They feel like poetry, adventure and wilderness and wake something up inside me every time I listen to them. Beautiful ❤
I just bought a ticket to see them in St. Louis this summer. Words cannot describe my excitement...especially after watching this performance! They're so wonderful.
This song takes me to another place. I listen to this every single day during my commutes. Reminds me to appreciate beauty in the little things. Also have an insane crush on ben, a man of depth :)
Terrific, sensitive performance. I love the blend and clarity. Top to bottom. Impressive work with lyrics - e.g. the symbolism of yearning: “I’ve been through the desert and I’ve been ‘cross the sea, I’ve been walking through the mountains and walking through the trees.” & “….. she left no trace but I know her face; I will find her.” & “She lit a fire and now she’s in my every thought.” Simple, evocative. Real NICE, Lord H. Eager to see and hear the band in Detroit on Sept. 25th.
So happy to see this. They're making real music when most music is made on computers these days. You can tell by each member's individual looks that they all have a particular girl in mind when they're singing it. Love to see them bouncing to the beat and smiling.
This song reminds me of a painting of the Old West (with covered wagons stopped for the night next to some blufffs). A great song to listen to by a campfire (with stars overhead). True artistry here.
In a few weeks, I'll be boarding a plane bound for the Netherlands. I have never been there before. The ONLY reason for this trip is to profess to a girl I met on tinder (who flew to meet me in San Diego when we matched while I was on a wanderlust trip to Copenhagen without telling my family or friends about it) that I am in love with her. Whilst driving near Joshua Tree National Park and she was sleeping, this song was playing and as the native breeze was coming through the car and the angelic sun caste an iridescent light on her porcelain skin, I fucking new something was happening in me. She lit a fire within me....and now I'm gonna go and find her and tell her. I'm all in Samantha.
Great song..... We are truly blessed with so many great newly recognized artists. If you like this you have to check out "Trampled By Turtles" any song will do ya although my personal favorites are off the Wild animals album
Not that I would directly compare the two, I just meant that there are indie artist out there (like Band of Horses) that does do reverb very well, and they don't. I agree.
You just did "directly compare" the two man... saying "Not that i would directly compare the two" doesn't negate the fact that that's exactly what you just did. BOH has been at it for a hell of a lot longer than Huron. They'll figure it out

So hard to find a band that sounds just as good live as they do in the studio. These guys are so talented.
They sound even better live!

I've been listening to every song back to back, and making this Playlist. I'm glad that they are videos. I'm enjoying every song 🎵. Thank again
Absolutely beautiful. Reminds me of my first time camping and having nothing but the water the fire the food and my thoughts

So nice of Moby to play the ukulele for them
Not like his usual works possibly an uncredited collaboration
😍😍😍😍😍
These guys are so good, it's a shame they don't get radio play. I have to admit they're too good for radio.
Its been 11 fucking years !!!
Just one Question: How did you get Lord Huron Play on your Birthday Party?
Love this song and band. Listening on repeat! Does anyone know who the guy is with the long hair? A member of Lord Huron?
impresionante
what you see is what you get...they rocked at the Taste of Randolph in Chitown!!
No HD version?? Not even 720p? Seems a shame to have such a nice video at such low resolution. Upload a sharper one, please.

HD Version
Is that a Kala U-Bass?? I've been wanting one!!
You stole them words right out of my fingers.
1:11 I thought the guy with the glasses was Moby at first.
Pacific Crest Trail 2019
Interesting ukelele bass. Are those rubber strings?
holy fuck
Always dumbfounded by their talent.

I heard that, Band of Horses has them beat by an avalanche, on that account.
wonderful song. it's a shame this band doesn't know how to use reverb, though.
