    Thank you so much. Just like many of his cousins, our Henry was a little bit ill. With your help, I was able to perform the magic surgery. Henry lost a bit of his brain but now goes full power all of the time. Just what we need. Very helpful video.

    Where do you buy the white cable? And could you not replace the white cable straight from beginning other than taking all them out?

    My Henry does not work and the light of the Hi switch is not lighting up. Do you know if in this case the PCB is faulty or the Hi switch?

      I had same problem would start and go off, the high switch didn't light, so I removed the pcb, put all back and works fine

    what is the default suction without the pcb and hi lo switch

    • @reviewsfixeshacksmunsur3805
      @reviewsfixeshacksmunsur3805  3 роки тому

      The default setting would be Hi. The hi/ lo switch did not exist on older Henry models and was only added on due to EU regulations on emissions/ efficiency.

      @@hellothereknownasunknownus6535 without the pcb the vacuum will run at full power. If you so wish you can replace pcb as they are about £20. Better than scrapping an otherwise good vacuum cleaner.

      @@reviewsfixeshacksmunsur3805 I would buy another pcb, but to make it last longer I would take it out once a year and clean the carbon dust off it

      @@reviewsfixeshacksmunsur3805 buy the new auto save pcb, numatic was aware of this problem so they flipped the pcb so the electrical side wasn’t exposed to the carbon

    All these years that Henry has been in business, they can't fix the PCB or high-low switch. I have had 3 Henrys that have all packed up because of the switch, it's ridiculous. Going to stay well clear of them in the future and I wouldn't advise anyone to get one till these faults have been fixed. My Mother-in-law had a Henry many years ago in the early 1980s and it is still going strong with not one fault in all the years, but these newer Henrys are just plastic rubbish and a waste of money.

    THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.TOTALLY APPALLING PRESENTATION.THAT COULD MISLEAD SOMEBODY INTO AN ELECTRICAL FATALITY.FAR TOO RUSHED,VAGUE,UNCLEAR.YOU EXPLAIN DANGEROUS ELECTRICS,STEP BY STEP WITH CLEAR DIAGRAMS,NUMBERED STEPS AND EXPLANATIONS.THAT WAS VERY POOR.

      I’m glad it’s helped so many people. Many would have scrapped an otherwise perfectly good vacuum cleaner.
