The scariest jumpscares imo are every jumpscare in help wanted. While the previous games have scary jumpscares, at least they're behind a computer screen. Help wanted on the other hand, have jumpscares that are in VR. So it feels like you're actually there. That's what makes it really scary for me.
The scariest jumpscare for me is probably the endos on Scarity Breach I'm mainly not scared on help wanted cause I mainly take headset off before I can ever get scared of them
Glamrock Chica try to find something that is a calming happy place, mine is train sounds. I would recommend you to try everything until you find your calming happy place of yours
