- 1993 PBA El Paso Open held at Bowl El Paso in El Paso, Texas. The first match features Bob Spaulding versus Gary Schluchter. The second match features Mike Miller versus Gary Schluchter. The third match features Bob Benoit versus Mike Miller. The championship match features Robert Lawrence versus Bob Benoit.
Saturday afternoons with Chris and Bo.....gets me a little nostalgic.
Finally found another telecast with my man Mike Miller, the innovator of the thumbless revolution. UA-cam has most of his telecasts but not the 1992 Wichita Open or the 2000 Oronamin C Japan Cup, the former of which I'd like to see due to the fact that he won his second title there.
Back in the hay day of the pba. I worked the second shift back at this time and would always set my VCR to record this and cops on Fox every Saturday. Sure doesn't seem like it has been over 30 years ago. Miss these times!
DUDE! I've been looking for this tournament for over a decade. Loved this tournament. Not sure why, not like anyone lit it up or anything. But, always did love this. Thank you so much. Keep em coming.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Bobby Benoit. He's now the coach for the Seaman High School bowling team in Topeka, Kansas. Kinda sucks that he's a COVID denier, but still a great guy all around.

Oh my what happened? He was around my age. I know I poked fun at him and Spaulding for throwing a ton of wild shots, but this obviously is real life and isn't funny.
