Going to miss Inside no 9, i do hope Reese & Steve do something together again soon. Pure geniuses. 😂
They are doing a stage play of Inside no.9 called Inside no.9.Stage Fright early next year in London
@@soulfoodie1 thank you!
honestly that bit where she with the, was rly shocking
Best moment of Series 9? (Spoilers Ahead, obviously!)
Well, I loved THAT finale for “The Trolley Problem” simply for the unexpurgated shock of the self-immolation moment and the fire reflected in Steve’s glasses.
The EXIT reveal at the end of CTRL/ALT/ESC that had me kicking myself at not seeing what was staring me in the face in a similar manner to the end of The Stakeout when the relevance of the title hit me like a stake through the heart!
The brief glimpses and final jump scare reveal of The Curse from last nights “The Curse of The Ninth” which reminded me that jump scares can still be damn effective plus the look of The Curse itself (Yes, I had to rewatch and pause) that recalled Andras from “The Harrowing” in its nightmarish simplicity.
But top of the list would probably have to be the ending of “Boo To A Goose” when Charlie Cooper’s character returns to his usual spot sitting and begging leaving you thinking how “replaceable” society has made homeless people and how, as one departs another will inevitably take their place … both heartbreakingly tragic and simultaneously chilling!
Perfection! Immediately saved to "Precious Things" folder.
Excellent choices from these two gentlemen. That moment with the dog in A quiet night in always cracks me up, loved the return of David (especially how it was done as a surprise)and Maureen and the wonderful animation of Sam O Leary in Wise Owl. But the end sequence of Bernie Clifton's Dressing Room is probably my absolute favourite.
As for series 9- so far the end of Control Alt Escape.
Reece seething internally at being reduced to create a countdown list, and at having to include 12 Days of Christine
Adore these two gents 🖤🖤
I am going to miss this show. Absolutely my favorite. Always different with a twist. Love you all. Cast and crew. Bonus in this is the writers. Please give us more.
Best moments for me:
S1: "Oh, that's just Migg. He's not real" from Tom and Gerri
S2: Ending of The 12 Days Of Christine
S3: "WHICH BIN IS IT IN?" from Diddle Diddle Dumpling
S4: Ending Of Bernie Clifton's Dressing Room
S5: Ending of Misdirection
S6: That scene in Lip Service where the hotel manager is checking that "the shampoo level and number of coat hangers is satisfactory"
S7: The taxidermy scene in Wise Owl
S8: Ending of The Bones Of Saint Nicholas
being more cryptic than normal uh oh
Cant believe it ends next week 🥲
I think the 12 days of Christine is my favourite episode across all series. Just wonderful
