Man I'd love if these were bigger Edit: although I understand why they probably can't be, of course, being a daily thing. Thank you Dan for doing this, it's awesome!
To Dan and everyone at 10% Happier : Thank you so much for making this difficult time easier ! I am so grateful to all of you ! What a delight to hear the Great Mark Epstein !
Thank you so much for doing these - they have been my grounding every morning on my way to work (I work as a Nurse at UVM Student Health Services) and I am a member of the TPH community/app. My brother lives in Somervile:) Please let me know if you need to reach out and look for more meditation teachers. We have a provider here who has taught yoga/meditation (more informally) for years and she has been providing a weekly meditation for our team at Student Health Services. Thank you Dan!!
Love these Talks, they are so helpful and grounding. I recommend them to all my psychotherapy patients. Mark Epstein neglected to mention his best book- in my opinion!- The Trauma Of Everyday Life which I have read many times, and always get something new and resonant and awesomely explained. I have the book he mentioned as well, but the other one is my absolute favorite . Oddly enough though, I found it only by chance, browsing in a bin outside of a store. Great session today. Thank you Dan Harris, and thank you Mark Epstein.
Thank you so much for doing this every day! We are currently living in Malaysia, so I can’t join live, but look forward to listening when I wake up every morning. I’ve learned a lot here and gained some sanity. I appreciate the many contributions that go into making this happen!
This is always helpful, especially talking about closure on this episode. And by the way, who is the black and white cat? It doesn't look like either Steve or Toby.

Thanks so much to you both
Dan. I love you. I also know you can afford a microphone. Please invest! And keep the live streams coming!
