I would say most likely cheating, with the few "mistakes", but would be interested in seeing more gameplay. If I watch a replay and I see 3 sus instances, I'll usually report. Aside from someone being this ill tempered, and not just rage quit, would try to cheat.

It's the crazy aim, weird positioning and looking through walls that does it for me.
