My mother grew these bearded irises at my childhood home and they were gorgeous!! Hers were purple. They come in many colors and your color choice is beautiful.
We are the 4th generation on our property…Grandpa planted irises everywhere in the woods, absolutely love them.

All I can say is stunning! I love purple irises and have a lot of them. But I think I may need that shade of peach in amongst the bunches. So pretty. I have the mushroom dies because of you. Need to order the daisy dies and now these. My husband thanks you. 🤭😂

Those are beautiful! I didn't know there were peach iris! I love that color! We had deep purple ones in our backyard when I was a kid. Love them outside, but inside they gave me a migraine. Something in their scent didn't agree with me unfortunately.

Gorgeous! You should also get black irises! I’ve got a bunch of them and they’re stunning! I’ve got to get them all split up and into new pots so they’ll grow really well. It’s just such a shame that they don’t open up all summer. They die off so fast. 😢❤️🇨🇦. Those gems remind me of my Mom’s old costume jewelry from the 30s/40s.
I have black ones - I can't remember now if they bloomed last year or not lol. I have a bunch of random irises and Lillies I tossed into my garden and it's all a surprise as to what comes back and what blooms. The black ones are so cool so I grabbed one as soon as I saw it along with the peach one

Wish I could share some of my Iris photos with you. I have a purple and white splash, a pink, a purple so dark it looks black along with several others. Love your peach version here.

I am obsessed with bearded iris....I grow a bunch but not there any longer so these dies are all I have but I have lots of photos that I can use for color inspiration....soooo excited watching you design them..THEY ALSO MULTIPLY QUICKLY SO HOPEFULLY SOON YOU WILL HAVE SEVERAL SOON...
haha yes I'm hoping they stay true to multiplying like crazy - I want tons of them!
@@PrairiePaperandInk I started with 6 and ended up after just a few years with close to 50 of them..
my grandma used to dig hers out and toss the extras in the ditch out front and they'd root in and grow there too lol. I am hoping mine follow suit but I am in super heavy clay soil so I'm just glad they're hardy enough to survive so we shall see if they multiply like they normally would
@@PrairiePaperandInk I was also in an area with very heavy clay..did not seem to make much difference....they need a. lot of sun but they are absolutely worth taking the time to care for them..i LOVED MINE...I have never seen a peach one but the die you colored that way is gorgeous...I have since moved but thinking about planting some here...your video gave me that itch again LOL!

While growing up my mom had a huge collectiin of hybrid iris. I have a huge amount if them now. 50 different colors. When i tried to order from your site it said it was out of stock. I went to the company itself i could order it. Im sorry you didnt get a credit for my sale. Maybe ask them why they said it was out on yours. Thanks for sharing.
it was out at SSS because they sold out. I don't have control of companies stock amounts. They will restock.

Gorgeous card!!!! Love irises. Question: I was heat embossing on colored cardstock and the heat changed the color of the cardstock. Have you ever had that happen?
yup - bright pinks especially it happens with. Usually the color goes back but if it's been overheated it just is what it is
