I’m so sick of men trying to control women. The money goes towards the kids, no matter where she decides to use it.
I usually side with the guy, but this women is pretty darn cool and rational and this guy is just bitter and controlling!!
That dude is freakin dangerous and stupid. He is also a selfish father, using their kid. First telling him about some bullshit 100 dollars of gas a month (which is something he could still do if he wanted). Then blaming his ex as to why he wont commit to that plan. Regardless of what is also owed.
Someone should be wary for that poor woman.
The benefit was the CAR dude.😊
He doesn’t want it going back to her pocket but he had no problem with all the money for his car coming out of her pocket…he just wants to be an asshole. He would have been better off being a jerk and telling her to pay for his car alone. I also hate when men bitch about child support being raised… why should only one parent have to pay for the lion share of the child’s expenses. The court gives the child support judgement based on what people make. He just wants to look like a super hero to his kid but not do what he is supposed to do to get the respect from his kid!
Why can't he understand that the money came out of her pocket to start out with. 😉
That’s insane! You don’t want to help get your son a car. Smh also, atleast you know he’s in a more reliable car if it’s a newer car smh. You can’t make a deal and then pull it back and if you want to give your son money yourself start a savings account for him and save him some money and give him money out of that savings account!
He obviously feels like she makes more than him so she should handle it
Also Family Court decides on what's best for your son not civil court
All he had to say was, I'll give 2k towards a USED car, if u buy brand new, you're on your own. That would've been a contract.
(I don't agree with buying a 16 y.o. a brand new car either. But Dad was wrong).
What does it actually matter if the car was new or used? He agreed to pay $2000 to go toward a car. If she chose to spend a little more to get a new car, then she's paying more...he's still only paying $2000.
@@SLHUA-cam81 Becuz he's the father and he felt the first car should be a used vehicle becuz teenagers aren't very good drivers?? I'm not saying he didn't owe the money, but I get that someone might want to start off with a cheaper car. That's all.
@@Jahmai203 but what difference does that even make when he’d agreed to give a flat $2,000 towards *A* car? I could see if he’d agreed to contribute a percentage of the total cost, and the plaintiff then decided to buy a new car instead of a used one, because that would have increased his financial obligation, but why should the decision on new or used be his alone? It’s the same $2,000wither way. 🤷🏽♀️The extra money wouldn’t be coming out of his pocket, so why whine about your kid driving a new car on principle alone? He just didn’t want to pay.
@@NubianP6 you're way too invested in this
I think young ones should always start with a brand new car. It wont cost anything for n5 years and gives them a bit of pride instead of running around in someone else's old "Hand me down"
I hope she gets what she deserves too! A man who isn’t a sleaze. 😂
Send your son to work so he can earn his OWN money to pay for his OWN car…geez
He’s mad mad
…and she at one time allowed the defendant to have physical relations with her. Yikes!
That guy is terrifying. I hope he stays far away from women, children, and animals.
Whether it was brand new or not if you were only giving 2k what does it matter????!
He was just trying to look like the hero while being one up on her. Pos
