Pretzel and cheese is everything but pita isn’t wrong about the mustard and ketchup. That’s how some people eat it. But I prefer to eat it with honey mustard or the fancy mustard if I didn’t have cheese around lol.

Maybe its probably depending on the area you live in. Since I can remember in Cali as a kid 40+ years ago it's always been cheese. I've never heard of mustard on a pretzel🤢 😂
