Not crazy at all it's so funny that actually I believe 2 weeks ago I had this starting lineup if there going to keep Shelton at center I suggested that they move pyror to left guard and Jenkins back to Right guard where he is more polished and him and Darnell have good chemistry you put pyror at left guard cuz he's a veteran and he's use to playing on the left side also can help out Braxton Jones you put Shelton in between those two humongous human beings and they should have a much nastier offensive line. It seems like everybody is thinking kind of similar to try to fix this offensive line problem great video as always I have been supporting for a while now it's awesome to see Chicago podcast is taking off like they have been lately 🐻👇
I like it. Put Jenkins where he does best. Running right would become a strength with that pairing. Definitely put Pryor out there left side right side it doesn't matter. Just get him out there and sit the slug. And then get Kiran up to speed asap to replace Jones. I believe he'll be an improvement, especially if Pryor plays next to him. That veteran presence will have a stabilizing effect. Of course having proper coaching is a huge factor. Here's an idea move Hightower to O line coach and assistant head coach. Let Polk move up. Claws up Bear Down.

The larger question is Chris Morgan. He has been sold as a top OL coach but for as long as he has been here the schemes and performance of the OL has been garbage. Why was he retained when every other offensive coach was released last year?
The changes to the offensive line you've suggested sound good to me. Nate Davis needs to be retired! However, Shane Waldron and Chris Morgan need to adjust the game plans and develop more screen plays for quick releases, and running plays that allow the offensive line to beat up on the defensive lines. Nothing slows down a pass rush like dominating the trenches and taking the starch out of the pass rushers.
You know I find it interesting that now this year everyone is saying that it's our offensive line and play calling. But last year it was all Justin Fields that was the problem with our Chicago Bears. The truth of the matter is our offensive line has been subpar for decades and our coaching staff has been pretty horrendous as well for years. Now that we use our number one overall draft pick to get a rookie all of a sudden we see the problem that has been problems for our bears for decades.

Keeping Flus but getting rid of Fields was my doomsday scenario. If we kept Flus, we should have kept Fields on an upward trajectory and with a team behind him. What is up Nick !?? I just checked up North and the Cheese-Heads have 90% of their starters on the injury list and posted as LIMITED TO PRACTICE. According to analytics, Braxton is our best O lineman just behind Tevin. Pryor and Murray have played well when given a chance. They may be better than Davis at this point.
My solutions to O-line bench Davis and move Tevin to RG Pryor can play left guard. We can now get a run game going. Give Shelton one more chance before he’s on the bench for Kramer because he is heavier might be a little tougher to move. Tell Braxton that he has one more shot before I’m putting in Amagadie. If Baktiari is healthy and not injured I’m looking into him at LT he is a beast and doesn’t get bullied. Tell Poles if he’s healthy and Jones ain’t working sign Baktiari to a one year deal. Now Caleb has time to throw and we can establish a run game.
I don't think it's personell. The Tev interview seemed to say its the calls/scheme. Not sure if he meant the calls the qb diva makes at the line, or the actual play call.
Everybody really just needs to take deep breath and calm down on the O-Line because ultimately, the world is going to judge Caleb on the CJ Stroud scale anyway, so we must acknowledge CJ had 11 sacks going into week 3 and Caleb has 9 sacks. This is a rookie / playcalling issue more than O-Line coaching or starters decisions. Shane is known for scheming up 20+ yard explosive plays in passing and run game where Shane ranks in 'explosive pass' Top Ten and Top 5 in Explosive Runs over the last 3 seasons. So It's either take the Mark Schlereth approach of hiding your rookie QB first 4 games or the Clint Kubiak / Shane Waldron explosive scheme gameplan, we obviously on the explosive hunting trail, but simply lack the veteran field vision and route timing with a feel for when a play is dead to make it POP early on. Same can be said about Grubb in Seattle who is running similar scheme for explosives but again has veteran eyeballs at QB. IMO this is exactly why Floose said Caleb was coached hard on Film Day this week because opportunities were there on tape but Rookie tendencies were getting in the way, which truth be told cost us the game, which is fine because i do believe Rome catches that TD 9 out of 10 times ... same goes for Caleb if he stays on DJ on that flag route its a tuddy 100% of time. So there is 14 pts easy that change everybody's mood rn if just one hit, and have us 2-0.
@@Damonsummerfield-p2p Lol you gotta good eye for math huh? It is 100% td throw because it is a throw, not only top overall picks like Caleb can make but preseason proved the UDFAs of the world like Austin Reed and Tyson Bagent complete it for tug too. The key is actually seeing it and then throwing it and boom it is a tuddy. But like i said rookies have rookie tendencies like this example, where Rook QBs bring their eyes down to check the pass rush, so Caleb jumps off his 1st read early, instead of keeping his eyes on DJ and throwing the ball at the top of his break. He literally went looking for sacks to avoid instead of staying locked in on his progressions to find EZ button TD. Moral of story we can either accept these things that come with starting a rookie QB this early or blame the GM, O-Line, C-Mo, and Shane, whenever rookie tendencies pop up that will ultimately cost them a few games. Bright side is Caleb has to take these lumps eventually, so sooner rather that later is necessary if Bears are eyeing wildcard, if we miss playoffs starting him week 1 instead of first start being after week 4 makes no difference but if you want him to have chance in playoff football he must work out these rookie mistakes by making them seeing them on tape and correcting them.
With Poles being a former OL you would think that would be a priority to protect the investment in the QB position, why does ne refuse to address the line, minus the secondary FA pickups. The other issue I have is if WE, the fans, can see it, why can't they?
The fans knew rightly that we should punt and take haul 2.0..and keep Fields. Ok so we dont. ..we have to trade up and get joe alt or trade down for more o line..but we wanted a party. So now we paying for the party. Now and next years draft.all on o line..we can own north if we run run run pass a little...the defense is off the charts

I hope it's fixable,if not next Free agency does have great interior line men claiming Restricted Free agency rights and Poles can cook once again,we have several extra picks still raining in from our trade with Carolina and it looks like those will be higher draft picks as well ! The coaches have to earn their salaries and make what we got work, either changing play selection or formations with an extra TE in jumbo sets to have an extra blocker, play action and run, this set of guys we have on line can block and run down hill they just don't kick out and block screen passes or move laterally well enough to pick up Blitz packages especially from the week side and Mike Defence position, leave Hebert or Johnson in more often to block as well, they're both more physical than Swift! It's up to our "Coaches" If I can see it ,they should be able to as well....
Coleman Shelton got destroyed on just about every play. He cannot handle a bull rush. There is no way any QB can step up in the pocket if the pocket is collapsing on every play! Shame on Poles for not getting a great center. We probably should have kept Justin and drafted more OLs.
My goal in life is to become apart of Bears leadership. That's why I started this channel. Learn, grow, understand and share my voice. Anything is possible
Swap out Shelton for Kramer, and I agree,. People make a big deal out of Kramer being undersized, but Shelton is getting tossed around like a child, Kramer is actually more compact so he may be harder to move.

It's up to our "Coaches"
If I can see it ,they should be able to as well....
Correct
I pray Ryan Poles sees this video....we need this mix up ASAP
lol
I pray mccaskey sees it and fires poles
Get the tapes from New Orleans cause it seems like they have a great offensive line
Agreed!
BearDown Nick. You’ve gone crazy
Always have!
Is doug kramer injured again? I’m surprised he’s not in the mix. he really hasn’t showed hasn’t gotten any snaps
No
CALEB #1 Draft PICK but the OFFENSIVE LINE IS LAST PLACE IN Everything BLOCKING PLAYS and RUNNING PLAYS
Facts
Kiran Amagadi, Pryor,Herbert and a 4th round pick in 2025 for Jackson Powers Johnson,Tevan,Wright! Make it happen! FGB
Sheeeesh
Coleman Shelton got destroyed on just about every play. He cannot handle a bull rush. There is no way any QB can step up in the pocket if the pocket is collapsing on every play! Shame on Poles for not getting a great center. We probably should have kept Justin and drafted more OLs.
Facts
It's too bad you care about this team more then people in charge. You know the Bears won't do a damn thing.
My goal in life is to become apart of Bears leadership. That's why I started this channel. Learn, grow, understand and share my voice. Anything is possible
@JAYChi_Bears Good luck Nick the sooner you join the Bears the better. I recommend you as a 50 year fan.

If CW is 6"1' then CJ is 6"5'.
Haha...what
I don't care, find a way for Matt Pryor to be apart of the Bears OL.
Facts!
Nate Davis⬇, Pryor ⬆we need to give this guy a chance. Keep Wright where he is. It seems the rest is a crap shoot.
Agreed!
Giv it a try
We desperate

Bear Down FGB and The Rest of The NFL Let's Go With That starting Offensive Line And See where it goes
Agreed!
Yes! Cut Davis he’s not starting! I don’t think he really care!
Agreed!!
Swap out Shelton for Kramer, and I agree,. People make a big deal out of Kramer being undersized, but Shelton is getting tossed around like a child, Kramer is actually more compact so he may be harder to move.
Hey if Kramer works better, lets do it!
Get rid of everyone! Start over
Lmao not yet
Braxton is not the problem! You just ignoring Olin Kruetz and his pff grades
Just from what I've seen, not impressed
@@JAYChi_Bears who on the o line looks impressive so far! I'm just going by what Olin Said! I went back and rewatched the game! They all got overwhelmed by better players! I'm not saying Braxton is a pro bowler, not not a bum! I think they need more time to gel! So far I'm seeing bad play from a lot of teams. I do agree with you about moving Teven and putting in Matt! I do believe Braxton is a top 16 o lineman
I don’t like Shelton he was getting pushed back into Williams face on pass plays and when that wasn’t happening he would peel off and help his guards and the Texans were looping a DE or LB right through the A gap hole he vacated! Take care of your gap first!
I agree with this!
It didn't help much
Sad

This team is cooked no matter what they do to the o-line this season. It won't be better until next season. 8-9 record at best if they're lucky.
uh oh
Beat probably the worst team in the league yesterday. Yippee
Win is a win
Kramer is better
Maybe!
With this offensive line and this offensive line coordinator is a wash. The center needs go. This team with this offense might win 3 games this year so strap in bear fans. It bogels the mind all the hype about this bears team and when you actually watch them you see how bad this offense is. Flus along with poles will be looking for a new job, 38 years since the last super bowl win and the way this team looks its not going to be another decade so bear fans with all the money wasted on this organization since their last super bowl win, this teams puts a load of crap in advertising pumping up a dead horse something the bears do every year
Facts
Shelton was horrible
Yes
Cut davis
UGH
Wright is rt
Facts
Give Olin Kreutz a call. Simply put, that dude won't do shit that doesn't make sense. And i guarantee we'll be running the damn ball. Swift should be a 3rd down back with Herbert and Roschon.
Facts. That was the point of getting him. Just like velus was supposed to be used like deebo and Patterson. What are they waiting for
FACTS
Why because he's the only line man y'all can say was decent but how would bringing in a 55 year old born in 1977 who ain't suited up sense 2011 be something other then a joke I just want real answers not sarcastic shit about a almost 60 year old ya he'll look great out there😂😂😂😂😂😂
I want Matt Pryor at RG.
You get it
Click bait. I thought something happened. Considering unsub’ing
Wasn’t mean to be clickbait. Thought I explained in the title it was an OL that COULD save Williams
@@JAYChi_Bears all caps UPDATED OFFENSIVE LINE POSITIONS made me think some changes were made. I was definitely curious. My Constructive criticism. Be careful with the all caps. Bear Down!!
Nate Davis need to be benched.
Agreed
It's to early for this shake up . OTA's up until week 1 o-line was constantly changing so now 2 games & shuffle again? Absolutely NOT! The o-line needs feps together and by week 4 we should know what we need to do. New rookie QB, OC & offense. O-line learning QB's style of play so chill! GO BEARS AND BEAR DOWN 🐻 ❤❤❤
Facts! BEAR DOWN!
No that's cap ur completely watching a sifting game ya just ignore the only thing stopping this term from being a competing football team with there roster and talent and you can't say that at all his style of play isn't do front from field bye leaps and bounds acting like you went from mat Ryan to lamar 😂😂😂the thing is you can sit there and code losing again but if you don't call this bad play out they won't ever be out of third place in the nfc north!
Nick don’t take it personally, but you guys are full of shit , we had the opportunity to beef up or offensive line ! But we didn’t take the opportunity when we had it now we’re starting to point fingers , you guys want to put yourself in a position And what you guys would’ve done ? That is never gonna happen. Y’all comes out to poles so let’s stop assuming what you guys would’ve done , let’s just go with what we have this year and with whom we selected and see where it takes us , then with next year’s pics fix the problem
"Don't take it personally". LOL. I've said Poles has tried with Davis (Top G in FA 2 years ago), Kiran (Finally healthy), and Darnell Wright. He has had REALLY bad luck.
Coaching not getting it done there’s nobody out there fix your house
