I remembered back when i'm participating 1 month taking special license for crawler crane & mobile crane, my instructor used to work with MAMMOET for 20+ years and he said he used to be the operator in duty for the PTC 200 DS and FOCUS 30 that he nicknamed the crane as THE CRANE THAT BUILT ITSELF.... He now have retired and live with his beloved family in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA... Still taking in his free times as Crawler Crane, Mobile Crane & Tower Crane Instructor for Personal Hired...
Thank you for this interesting information ! Since you also indicate the metric measurements, a large part of your audience understands better. ** Merci pour ces informations intéressantes ! Comme vous indiquez également les mesures métriques, une large part de votre public comprend mieux.
Mammoet Focus 30 which is a new crane designed and built by Mammoet. It can build its longest boom in a space of 30m x 30m if i'm correct. it has 3 configurations. Crawler, jack and skid system and fixed. Also guy derrick cranes which aren't as popular anymore.
The PTC crane is called a 'ring' crane, because it is situated on a ring, which is how it slews. Surprised you don't have video of Sleipnir, the new 20,000 ton semi-submersible crane ship. Two 10,000 ton cranes on one ship.
Even Thialf, if they took footage from before 2017. I spent years working on HMC vessels. Worked on Hermod, Balder, Thialf, and Aegir for a few years each. It's a whole different feeling being onboard for those big lifts.
God I love watching cool crane videos
Absolutely amazing. 👍

Nr 1 should have been Sleipnir, a floating crane with 2 cranes that can lift 10.000 ton each
Was expecting to see the kangaroo 🦘 Crane featured. Nice collection though 🤠😉
I. Love Your. Videos
Chinese bs all their stuff sucks
Thought there would be a bird in this video! Lol 😂🤣😅
I think they should build a cawala crane crawling up gum trees picking gumtree leaves for cawalars how ever you spell their name, you know what i mean.
Chris Kane and I introduced Thanksgiving to jive turkeys.
Slepnir heerema biggest crane
yeah biggest floating cranes 2 x 10 000T, heaviest lift to date done by it is 15 300t
So simplistic and inaccurate, a Crawler Crane can turn in place.
