Man, looks like an entire different radio. I’d say that’s one cool custom job you have done with this sir. Standing ovation!!
Thanks so much man. Appreciate the comments. I'm all about the custom... Lol
Looks like ya man in Liverpool ,had his boat floated by the Stonker you done for me .. Fine business George.. 73s
It had a frequency counter socket and shed load of frequency mods, plus two Rogers beeps fitted,
Yer man in Liverpool put it back to stock before I sent it to you
Whatever about the counter Mike, the rest of it totally unnecessary. all it does fitting extra bands is make em deaf. She's a good 'un now mate!!
Good video George.
I'm still looking for a Stalker SFX, to pair up with my Super Cheetah her in Australia
I think I know who the two thumbs down are, they're in Liverpool
Thumbs up or down the youtube algorithm see it all as activity. Let them on.
A friend I met locally on the 11 meter band way back in 1984 had one of these fine radios in his mobile and I always liked the audio it produced with an M6B mic and a Texas Star 250. I ended up buying the radio from him back in 2018 and was stored in the original box! Thankfully it's in near flawless condition and works perfect with a little TLC. It would have to be an unrealistic about of money offered to get it from me. I use it periodically mated with a UR6QW and a BM-800 mic on phantom power. This video has given me some cool ideas for a project build with my 360. Great work friend, 73... 🎤
