The Skateboard Mag has proudly been a media partner of Cowtown’s PHXAM for many years now and it’s always a blast. The weekend is always just plain fun: from Matt Price on the mic to the vendor row with loads of free giveaways, the after-dark festivities, and, of course, getting to see all the best up-and-comers do tricks seldom seen in real life. While the temperature was cooler this year, the skating on the course was still hot as hell! Congrats to Jagger Eaton (1st), Japan’s Yuto Horigome (2nd), and Brazil’s Ivan Monteiro (3rd), and thanks to Cowtown Skateboards, Vans, and Volcom for making this a top notch event.
