ড্যাব গরিবকে আরো গরিব করবে ধনিকে আরো ধনি করে বৈষম্য সৃষ্টি করবে। উদাহরণঃ ঢাকার লালবাগ আজিমপুরে সরকারি কলোনির ফার বেশি তাই সেখানে ১৮ তলা ভবন করা হচ্ছে, আবার তার পাশেই বেসরকারি ভবনের ক্ষেত্রে ফার কমিয়ে সেখানে ৫.৯ তলায় আটকিয়ে আবাসন সমস্যা বাড়িয়ে মানুষগুলোর সাথে বৈষম্য করা হবে।

We are living in world's most densely populated country and rise of population also highest. We have limited land to be used in different purposes i.e. agriculture, roads and highways, industrialization and most importantly to ensure housing of this fast increasing huge population. As a matter of fact we have almost no option spreading residential area horizontally which will need huge mass of land pressing other dire necessities. So no choice but arrange residence planning this sector to develop vertically of course ensuring proper safety and availability of necessary amenities. To release pressure on the capital city govt must decentralize administration and create facilities in different satellite towns surrounding, divisions and district levels. Permission can be given for highrise residential buildings in those areas based on merits. We have to be practical in all aspects of development and ensure proper utilization of every inch of land which is much precious than any natural resources available.
