Informative! I noticed at 5:40 you talked about timelapse in photo mode. For those who aren't aware: Unlike the RP, 5D4 and even old entry-level cams like the Nikon D5000, the R, inexplicably, has no interval timer. Just one more example of the Canon Cripple Hammer at work. Can't wait to see what they exclude from the R5. (Just found out the R6 has no All-I recording mode. Unbelievable!)
R6 has no ALL-I?? 😳😳 wow unbeliveable... thankfully the lack of interval timer is not that big of a deal because I was using an external one even on my 77D which did have an internal interval timer. But yes you are absolutely right, the R does not have it.
@@kamilkp FYI if you didn't hear -- Canon has announced a firmware upgrade to include All-i on the R6. Why? Customer backlash, just like when they purposely crippled the 90D and RP with no 24P. It's a weird marketing strategy that can't possibly do their bottom line any favors. Good news, nonetheless.
I followed your advice on this video today and what ended up happening is that the camera went to a shutter speed of 1/2000 and made my foreground extremely dark ( there was a monument. In the front and the sun was rising behind it ) and the sun was not blown out. Any recommendations? I wish I could show it to you so you can see what happened
Well it depends if they go by the center of the frame where spot metering is metering. But in that case it’s always possible to flip it to manual in the middle of the timelapse like I said in the video!
For a timelapse I’d cap it at 3200. But theoretically yeah, 6400 should be ok. However keep in mind that bumping +1 exposure in Lightroom from ISO 3200 will give you and almost identical image as shooting it at ISO 6400

Great video, time to practice!
Kurde, akurat trafiłeś w temat który mnie zastanawia :D Dzięki!
Super! Daj znać czy udało Ci się tą metodą coś ustrzelić 📸
@@kamilkp Części z tych opcji zwyczajnie nie mam na EOS 200D, ale to nic. I tak już wiadomo gdzie szukać.
very good ❤️🇮🇩

Great tips! What about auto white balance?
I think you'll get flickering by using aperture priority because of the clouds.

Can you recommen me what camera for filmming sunset?
Any camera would do really. It depends on so many different factors, there is no way to make a recommendation for such a broad subject
6400 is the reasonable iso limit with canon R?
