You'd better check underneath the truck, just sayin'
Even if they engine is blown its still cheaper than doing body work on a whole truck
@@OriginalChickframe
@@crisisrogue8286 My though as well might jumped it and messed up the frame.
@@arbiter1that's how people know you don't know anything about vehicles, are you that braindead that you think you can piece back together a vehicle that has a bent frame? Bruh😂😭
@@crisisrogue8286true but on a body on frame vehicle frames can be swapped relatively easy, also if it had a bent frame you’d probably notice body lines and panel gaps being off
The previous owner was in good with the insurance adjuster, had him write that thing off as totaled cuz he didn't want to make the payments or realized its best to get rid of that 😂
That’s what I thought honestly. Better write it off then getting repo
Can you do that?!
@@ChrisParayno If you know the right people
Facts
Those 1200 a month payments must suck when your too poor to buy a car in cash
Ya, I’d be pulling back window felts and moldings. And crawling around underneath looking for anything that looks like fresh paint or color change, pieces of masking tape are often forgotten or looked over. Run the VIN and see what pops up! I don’t have a problem with correctly fixed vehicles. And this thing looks top notch!
I think they were referring to the cintas truck next to it lol
Van* Clintas is a van not a truck
@@ShadowDragon246 damn, I guess you really showed me.
@@HusbanddadJEEP😂😂❤
@@ShadowDragon246Cintas* is a Cintas not Clintas
@@HusbanddadJEEPyeah he did show you bucko
I hope u posted this after u bought it, haha. That's a nice looking truck.
I just watched a short before this of him starting it and contemplating buying it or not for his wife's sake.😂
He just kicks tires to make “content” and click bait titles
I’m a vehicle condition inspector and I get cars like this all the time. It’s usually indirect structural damage.
Look underneath. Guarantee it's been jumped and totalled.
Yes, check underneath for damage, and then check electronics and hidden spaces for flood damage.
Or don't buy a piece of crap raptor get a 7.3 idi and never need a new truck
@@redlight3932Too bad clunker IDI trucks still go for thousands in rust belt states.
@@warrenselfliterally. I live in northern Colorado and I’ve had people offer 6 grand for my shitbox 94 f150 with the 5.8 just because it looks fairly clean on the body
@@redlight3932Raptors are pretty damn reliable. Not to mention 7.3s are slow and underpowered as shit lol.
Sounds more like flood damage when you see the truck that report is on
Thats what I'm sayin.. it was under water at some point in time.
Somebody doctored the paperwork inorder to bid on it...😮😮
Sounds like hail damage that was repaired.
You better check some of them panel gaps, because shits been replaced
Wehn I was buying from Copart, those vehicles always made me nervous. And they would always go for waaaay too much money, so I never took the risk.
I always said "Every vehicle at Copart is there for a reason, and if you can't see that reason, you don't know what you're buying."
Very well said. People always ask me “why did you buy that hit car to rebuild and not this run and drive flood car?”, and my answer is the same as yours: “I’d rather easily fix what I can see, instead of taking my chances with what I can’t”.
I'd check the air filters and everywhere inside for what looks like dirt/sand, could have bottomed out on a jump or been washed after going up to it's windows on a beach or trail
Yes it's called someone did a decent repair job to the body but still has the hidden damage
You can't see the frame from outside the truck. You can't see the crinkle points from outside the truck. There's a lot you can hide with new bumpers
Avoid it. Probably bought at auction in Florida, salt water flood, buyer gave up and returned it to auction for the next sucker.
maybe salvage title, or hail damage that got fixed?
Look at the van on the left
Much love and support from Boston ❤❤
I like how the van beside it says frost aid and safety
Sounds like you're describing the van next to it 😅
Body shops are the real miracle workers
Man i wish i could get that lucky so jealous
That looks like a nice truck. 👍🏻👍🏻
Ah ha! This, is the one you bought! Can't wait for a review.
Might be frame damage under 🤔🤔🤔
Exactly what I was thinking!! 👍
Love my 2013 Raptor. It's a good thing I don't have a dealers license, I'd buy every one of these I saw
Ur listing is talking about Cintas van lol not ur truck😂😮
It’s the truck next to the one you’re looking at 🤷🏾♂️ 😂😂
You need to buy that
Its right there! Open your eyes nan!
Yea, sometimes I think the auctions have insiders listing stuff hoping stuff will get filtered out and they can have partners flip it
They fixed it. I'd check the frame
the van next door though. lol
guy who patched this thing up with ramen noodles: i think this might just be my masterpiece
I think the one that you're supposed to be looking at is the band beside it cuz that's the one with the collision damage 😂 lol
2013 Raptor CrewCab. Lots of cheap aftermarket stuff. but I would buy it
Meanwhile another place in the yard:
Beat up truck: "no damage"
Guy: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO DAMAGE???"
Oh yeah right there I see it
Around the bed of the truck you can see a bunch of dents on the corners and there's Dent in the bottom of the back
Cause you are looking at the wrong vehicle ...😂😂😂
Check the vin . 😂😂
Now that's a lot of damage
You should buy it randy
Check under the shell. You may be able to see the impacts, if any
Engine is knackered😅😮😢
I work for IAA(Insurance auto actions) I can tell you all this, when a vehicle says it damage everywhere or has engine damage it’s most likely a dealer car or an individual trying to sell their vehicle thru auction
That truck was sold at bob more ford in tulsa Oklahoma
Those trucks are appreciating and holding their value like mad, I don't understand what people are saying that the guy who owned this truck had an insurance adjuster write it off as totaled. That doesn't make any sense because this specific vehicle is still worth 85% of its msrp in good condition😂
Hidden surprisees even after the repairs and bondo
Always check under the frame. Even minor damage can mess up behind the body.
😊 it's all under the wide body kit
Are the talking about the truck or the cintas truck because that matches the description
Bro they jumped that raptor ☠️
Check underneath the plastics and the bottom of the car like Frame
Sounds too good to be true, always watch out.
Quick flip…. Run away😂😂
The Cintas van has those damages
Looks like the guy filled out the wrong paperwork he was looking at the truck next door LOL
Faaarrrrk mate that thing is totaled
Fun fact you can see the damages at the very beginning just before he turns it’s bending in like a “c” shape
When did you wake up dude 😆 🤣 😂
Definitly late but what type of headlights are those, their so cool
There’s this new thing called “an auto body shop”.
the last video on this truck had the whole front end missing well at least the grill well I guess in a head-on collision sitting right next to the same van
Sounds like some one wanted to get out of a truck payment
Yeah definitely look underneath structure probably got more kinks in it than a dollar store garden hose from the epic jumps.
May be a situation where the insurance totaled a vehicle because of a body shops additional damage request, they could have completed additional work without the approval of the company or something then been stuck with it when insurance wouldn't pay it. No idea
This is probably the wrong listing, there's another Raptor somewhere on the lot with the description lol
Dang that thing is pretty beat up 😂
Prob means it was jumped n the frame is fd lol
It’s a typo, it meant to say production damage
That truck is totalled!!! Crime scene
They have body guys that put them back together to sell at auctions -- so you do t see the damage even tho the history report may say damage x3 or more --if it’s frame damage , after you drive it for awhile -you can tell if it was hit
They circled the damange for you on the grille and the tailgate
I see it. The whole truck is a wreck. LOL
They are talking about the badge on the front and back lol
Is the van near ... 😂😂😂😂 ( a lott of collision ... 😅😅😅 )
So it's ready to resale? Location?
I’ve seen them fixed, with the shop not knowing the frame was wrecked. After all the body work is done, then the truck is totaled.
thats on the auction lot in OKC that is nestled in the corner of I40 and I44. the lot floods whenever a big rain comes through, so that might be why they listed it as damaged?
How much. That body style is nicer than the new ones.
Now i want it😂
I see 4 things wrong with this truck right off the back......F O R D 😂
Lower bumper looks tweaked. Garuntee this thing took some jumps.
Check the frame. They can put new body panels but is it straight and have same structural integrity
A good body and paint tech could walk around it and tell you in a few minutes what has been straightened, replaced, repainted….etc.
Get that
Collision damage on an aluminum body is always repaired by replacing panels. Should be good to go as long as the frame was checked/straightened and certified. The big problem with F150s is electronics shaking loose if you drive them hard off road or on bad roads. Not great work trucks for surveyors!
Look underneath!😂
Probably needed a supplement when it was borderline total loss in the middle of a repair. Happened to my 2015 Grand Cherokee.
Underneath is a spaghetti house
You better buy it now if cheap
What does the car fax say? Did you look at the frame? Or underneath? Maybe a flood vehicle?
Sounds like a salvage title truck. Ive worked on so many of those. Glass suspensions will cause you to end up in a ditch.
We have Car Fax and it monitors what damage your vehicle has by your insurance company being notified
👌 1st Gen. V8 Raptor are the best!
They look Awesome & futuristic !
I’ll take it over a New one
Looks like the got the listings mixed up
You better check the chassis
Probably repaired collision damage. That frame is most likely a pretzel with some brand new bumpers superglued on.
Either that or somebody who wanted a new truck has a buddy who’s an insurance agent.
Bent frame probably, kinda looks like panel gap problems as well.
Sound like you read about the van next to it
