GPSA webinar: Sustainability and virtual crop walks - Fleurieu Peninsula

The shifting climate poses several hurdles for farmers and landholders, demanding adaptation, impact reduction, and enhanced resilience in both farming practices and business strategies.
To support grain growers and mixed farmers in the Hills and Fleurieu region, GPSA is organising sustainability webinars and virtual crop walks. These events aim to equip participants with essential skills in soil data management, mapping and interpretation. They will emphasise soil health assessment, moisture level analysis, and strategies for minimising greenhouse emissions.
This initiative is part of the '2022-2023 Grassroots Grants' program supported by the Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board.
