I'm glad I found your video and was hesitant in making a cardboard box project..Your idea of crisscrossing the layers of cardboard for added strength was a big help..Not being able to find a Barbie Boutique Shop with an apartment above I was looking at other alternatives and this solves it..Thank-You...
Yes, you should write about Carboard Dollhouses; patterns, step by step etc...with basic steps for differents style of houses etc...there are very few out there.
Really like this project. I can’t afford to help financially, but I can definitely like and leave comments. Love the suggestion about the spray adhesive and alternating the corrugation of the cardboard.
Fantastic video Will, so I just wanted to leave a note of support and appreciation. I think the gable of a building is the vertical, triangular shaped, upper extension of the end wall at right angles to the roof ridge. Best wishes.
@@epicfantasy Also, New Street. If you ever do make it over the pond to England, I promise to buy you a beer in one of the pubs - The Pheasant, The Swan With Two Nicks, The King Charles House, The Cardinals Hat, The Old Greyhound, The Talbot - take your pick!
Would you be willing to do a Craftsman style dollhouse? That's my favorite style of all. I'm extremely creative myself. My creativity has an ebb and flow cycle, like most artists. I've learned to go with it during those cycles. I've always wanted a dollhouse. In my childhood we just could never afford to buy one. In 1970 my parents did purchase me a Barbie house for Christmas, but it is hardly the same thing. What I have in mind requires much more detail. Thank you again for this tutorial I am so appreciative
Thank you for the stamps I got sent some stamps from The ISWSC too and now my collection is huge thanks will also am I supposed to take the stamps out of the little package you sent me
I love this! But, I went to your website for the blueprints and was warned that my connection was not secure. It seems that your website hasn't been verified by Google and yada yada... I'm hoping you'll be able to fix that soon. I'd love to get my hands on those blueprints! Thank you!
The website is secure . But It doesn't use https. So it's not high security. If you prefer, email me and I will email them to you. They will save you a Lot of work. Those blueprints help a lot! Thanks! Painting and lighting coming soon.
Love the idea of doubling but switching corrugation direction!!
The triangular end of the roof is a gable, you’re right there. But the smaller windows above the door section are called “dormers”. Neat project!
Great project. I plan on making 2 for my granddaughters. They will love it.

Thanks Stephen! For both the support and the comment. The gable thing definitely had me a bit puzzled.
