I was curious; however, what would happen if you put the butter in a fermentation crock and left it out on the counter...would that enhance the flavor or not? Anyway, as ALWAYS, I LOVE your channel!!!❤😊 UPDATE: As mentioned above, I "assumed" you kept your butter in the fridge because I thought butter would mold outside of the fridge for that amount of time, hence me asking you about a fermenting crock, but I saw online that butter doesn't mold, so may I ask did you keep your butter in the fridge or did you leave it out on the counter? Also, I am "assuming" again (my appologies if I am wrong) that you are "fermenting" your butter by having it sit out for 36 days?
