Tavakkul Salam alekum: You are more than the #1 chef in Qamarvan. You are a creative builder utilizing the traditional Azerbaijani mountain region methods. You have built do many types of ovens that I cannot count! This tandoor lamb, stuffed with garlic, is a very simple preparation. With some vegetables, salad, kompot & bread you have a wonderful meal. The children from the village love your cooking. How interesting that the mist in the mountains was invading your valley, how serene & peaceful!

We, your viewers, thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with us.
For a brief time during my childhood, my Father kept bees. That fresh, raw honey was amazing. I can still recall his excitement, (because he was normally very calm), when some of his bees swarmed onto a branch of a neighbor's tree. I suppose he lost all of his hives to swarming during a prolonged time that my Mother was hospitalized, but I cannot remember for certain.

As soon as I saw the bee swarm in the intro, I said “He’s going to expand his honey operation” and I was right! I currently have two hives, just enough for our personal use. My wife tells me that next year we should expand, it probably will happen. I recently found a clay deposit on our property (red clay) and will be using some of your past projects for inspiration - especially the oven (but on a smaller scale - we don’t need to feed an entire village!). Please keep your videos coming, as this is some of the best content on the Internet. THANK YOU!
