To me, these songs on the other hand demonstrate the mental capability of making the best out of a bad situation and taking it with some humor. That's why "Selos" is very familiar. This song by Lenka was popular during my childhood days. I hope those Filipinos bashing Lenka on her page would stop. They are so embarrassing! It is Shaira and her management who is at fault for making a song with a tune that's not theirs and they are literally earning through that! Of course, Lenka has all the right to condemn the act. It's her song and someone's benefiting without her knowledge. Ignorance of the law excuses no one, but I highly doubt if they're ignorant about copyright infringement. Lesson learned, they should ask for permission first. Btw, the original will always stay better. This has the class.

In 2024, I can still hear this song. I really feel nostalgia attached to the notes and lyrics of this song. This song seemed to take me to 2014, when at that time I often shopped at supermarkets and heard this song many times while walking through the spacious and comfortable supermarket aisles. Those were fun times and days with a very light load on my mind and I really enjoyed it.
I can feel the goosebumps when reading it because i know what you felt when you heard that song, for me when i listen to outside by Ellie Goulding ft. Calvin Harris it brings me back a sweet beautiful memories to 2015 me and dad had to listen to it every time we go to super market on the radio.
