Hey, its ben here. I have been playing Rise Of Cultures for 3 months and im in Minoan. I woke up to play this game and all my progress suddenly restarted all over again. I am currently in shock as to what happened and i am very sad and disappointed that i wasted so much time just for it to go to waste. I made this comment to try and recover my progress. Please help if possible.

What server would you recommend: eu 1 or eu 2? What is the difference between those servers?
EU2 is more recent, so the most advanced players are less developed than those on EU1. Game-wise, you have the same mechanics available.

Sorry to hear that. You don't need customer support though - you can just delete your account in the settings of the game :).
