Oh the memories ❤️❤️😍. I probably owned 97% that list!! Sadly I couldn't secure a copy of CVSP, CVS2 and GGX but was able to play the latter 2 on PS2. Having the agetec arcade stick made a big difference in the fun factor too!! My top 5 1. KOF Dream Match 99 2. Street Fighter 3 Double Impact 3. Cyber Troopers VOOT (had the Twin stick too!! Crap that controller was a BITCH to find too!!) 4. Dead or Alive 2 5. Soul Calibur The system had so many great games, especially fighting. The DC may have been short lived, but it had one seriously potent game lineup!!
Never had this awesome console, and DC has a few but great fighting games, that's why i'm playing DC fighting games on my phone (reicast), this video really helped, thanks!
You can play sega dreamcast game on android phone by using dreamcast emulator but need high end device or can be say expensive one. To run the game smoothly.
@@wzissp8573 I have a midrange phone with SD732g and never encountered any issues running dreamcast games , games feel like they are running natively . Redream is the best dreamcast emulator , its so well done . Currently enjoying soul calibur a lot more than I thought I would've .
Recently began collecting fighting games for the Dreamcast, and it’s a shame a few of these do not support VGA, and you can’t play them with regular cables. Getting a scart cable and good adapters is too expensive for my budget. But the majority of these games work fine with regular cables. Just makes me sad, 5 games I really wanted to play, I can’t with those limitations. Those are KOF 98, KOF 99, Last Blade 2, Plasma Sword and Psychic Force 2012. Taking out wrestling, boxing and mecha games, I’m almost done collecting all Dreamcast Japanese fighting games compatible with VGA. The only ones I’m missing are Vampire Chronicle, Fighting Vipers 2, Jojo for Matching Service, and SSFIIT. That last one is the holy grail of the collection and mega expensive.
There was a Japanese only release of Dead or Alive 2, called Dead or Alive 2 Limited Edition. It was basically the ps2 port of the game. So extra costumes, levels etc.
POWER STONE THAT WAS MY FIRST GAME EVER ! It’s whT got me into other fighting games and gaming in general I miss my dream cast it was first console my uncle gave it to me and a few games to go with it
I hope you start making genres for all systems and regions that would be awesome to find out more under the radar games and to see gameplay clip to research it and look to purchase the game. Thank you so much for your videos I use them to help me find exclusive game released for certain consoles
Hey Lanif, you're right, Heavy Metal Geomatrix could enter here as a fighting game, sorry about that! The game is listed as "action" on gamefaqs and "beat em up" on UVList, that's why I forgot. My mistake! :-/
I've been trying to find a 3d fighting game on the dreamcast from my memory as a kid... can anyone help me? Here's some details: I remember the ability to walk on the ceiling of an indoor stage area (dojo-like maybe?) and I vividly remember a sort of transformation? for one of the characters I used that turned him blue. These two things were the biggest things things stuck with me for all these years, but I feel like they're so unique that someone has to know what I'm talking about
Power stone? The arenas are huge and the characters walk all over the place. And they transform. There are two power stone games btw. Otherwise, I don’t think I can help you. I’ve played every Dreamcast fighting game there is, and your description matched power stone the most.
@@RevengerPhoenix I didn't think anyone would read my comment haha. Thank you for even replying. I will definitely check that out since this is the first clue I've ever gotten in so many years. I appreciate it
@@RevengerPhoenix You've just ended a 20 year itch I've had in the back of my mind! I'm so relieved to know I wasn't crazy haha. The character I played and could only remember was Wang in his blue transformation. I thought that I would have never found this game again. Thank you truly
That’s not a Dreamcast game. It was recently converted from Atomiswave to Dreamcast by fans. But it was never released on the Dreamcast’s life cycle…therefore it is not a Dreamcast game.

- XBOX 360 is The FPS Machine
- Dreamcast is The Fighting Games Machine
Great gaming library from Dreamcast, wish Sega continues with this console.

I never knew there was a sequel to fighting vipers
The Dead or Alive 2 have a two version for Japan like a CvS and CvS Pro.
Love Project Justice

good vid but you missed some like heavy metal geomatrix and spawn. loved the dreamcast :)
Dreamcast is the best 💪
King of fighters & fatal fury 🤘🏾🤤 capcom vs marvel
Dead, Virtua and Soul Calibur make me want this console
Thanks ilove sega dreamcast
Such a great system.
One of the most underrated systems ever made!
Soul Calibur & Garou Mark Of The Wolves are my favorites
Fairly certain you're missing a fighting game or two on this video. Super SFIIX for example.
It’s near the end of the video at 6:03
Thanks man
The dreamcast was not the place for wrestling games. N64 had you covered. No Mercy. Wrestlemania2000 and WCWNWO Revenge
Dreamcast has a fire pro wrestling game that's pretty good
Lmao stfu
Awesome collection! However, I'm curious: would Heavy Metal Geomatrix would be considered a fighting game to include in the dreamcast compilation?

Aw, no problem! I'm glad I could help! :D
Just watched this and thought the same thing. Though I can't remember if the game had any physical attacks or if it was all guns and rockets.
also spawn
hmm its missing one I remember as a kid - you could use a dragon and could move up/down as well as left/right on the map.
Then it’s not a fighting game.
Very Nice!
I have some the Japanese versions of Capcom vs Snk. And I also have Street Fighter III 3rd Strike (JP) as well
Your missing a fighting game I use to play that I don't see here
i knew I didn't imagine psychic force as a game y_y i finally found it
Love that game I play it online with other ppl using nulldc bear!
i refuse to believe that CVS1 cover is official, it looks like something a pirate slapped together what with that SFA3 Ryu huge on the cover.
Best system for fighting

Capcom vs SNK 1 é o melhor jogo de luta que já joguei na vida, jogabilidade e gráficos perfeitos!

I just put a gdemu in my dreamcast. I’m gonna download the sh*t outta these games! How big do you think the entire library is? How much gb?
Perfect
Where is Virtua Fighter 3 ?
It's in 6:45. Thank me later.😉
Dead ir alive is very beatiful
Dead or Alive Limited Edition in Japan added two additional characters than US/PAL version. Tengu and Baan. You should add it to this list.
Also Breakers was released independently by JoshProd a few years ago. It isn't the best port but its still DC fighting game.
@@vgjrockx1 Fatal Fury Special, Kenju, Demolish Fist, KOF XI as well
Anyone know if virtual on had an arcade port?
Virtual On OT started as an arcade game on Naomi then it got ported to DC
What is the difference between the first two games
Cvs1 was the first version. CVS pro was an updated version that added Joe Higashi and Dan Hibiki. And probably balanced some things here and there.
If i cant find an xbox series x, ill get an xbox one s with forza, jojo’s bizzarre adventure with a vmu
Heavy Metal Geomatrix?
PSP have Power Stone,PS2-3 Have MVC2,PSP darkstalkers,and DOA2
Android got Soul Calibur 2.
You missed quite a few, including one of the most iconic on Dreamcast, Soul Calibur.

Em jogos de luta 2D o Dreamcast era muito melhor que o PS2
A Shame that a lot of these disc games for the Dreamcast can get disc rot 😢

Coincido. Para mí el mejor juego de la saga
Soulcalibur II?
Soulcalibur II came after the Dreamcast finished. So SC2 was a PS2/GameCube/Xbox game.
No tekken, no bloody roar
They were mostly PlayStation exclusives during the Dreamcast life cycle.
What a garbage! Except for (DOA2), soul calibur, street fighter franchise.
Rival Schools 2 is good
