I relate to this so much. I had a black cat and whenever people would come to visit my house, they would get 'scared' and start yelling at me for 'letting a cursed creature in'. The first few times I tried to be patient but then I realized that feeding their single digit IQ is useless so I started kicking them out and banning them from coming near my house.
Sadly, he passed away but he never deserved any of those mean comments
