I did this to see how Jingliu compared to DHIL, whose minimum cost is 6 to 0 cycle this boss. It turns out that she's still equal to DHIL, despite doing 7 cost via matchup gap, they're close to each other with a +-1 cost difference based on matchup. Jingliu had E1 issues along with Pela having energy issues this time around, not to mention high hit frequency of Hoolay against Jingliu's HP sap, but despite these disadvantages she only used 1 cost higher than DHIL, which is interesting. The status quo has been maintained. Also this clear is probably the best way of end of this season, Jingliu vs Hoolay. If there's a time I might squeeze in another clear but idk. One thing I didn't expect is how long this took, the amount of effort I put into this clear will definitely be underappreciated. I tried Sparkle then Ruan Mei, but dropping their eidolons are impossible due to Jingliu's relic scaling. Even if I pushed her CDMG to over 300% without sig, it'll still not be enough to compensate for the loss of 20% def shred for example, hence I needed to use Pela. Jingliu truly has one of the worst relic scaling in the game, only beaten by Fireflop it seems.

Taking Jingliu vs Dan Heng example. 3EBA DHIL dmg relies more on it having a 500% Main target + 180% adjacent ones. Jingliu dmg compensates its low multiplicators (250% main target + 125% adjacents) with a massive 180% atk + 50% crit. rate self buff
so what if she can saturate atk and cd more? its just the lack of better supports really. her base scaling are irrelevant bc advance 100% + low SP consumption basically equals better scalings no? Lets do a little mental trick make Jingliu herself gets +76% DMG every other turn and 500%/250% main/secondary scaling on her E.skill, while replacing Bronya with harmony that provide JL +180% ATK and +50% CR. surely that's one crazy harmony. And yes she abuses Robin extremely well even despite that her buffs are actually pretty bad for her.

Coz that one player still saving for yae sakura while not spending have enough to e6 her near twice over now. This showcase is just 7 cost limited, achieveable in 5/6 patches of jades if you lose all 5050

This is not simply dumping all your jades for one team, this is using your favorite DPS with powerful universal supports.

There is no standard cost count that can determine how f2p a team is some ppl have E6S1 characters f2p but barely have anything else

Wdym very few have E2S1? So many F2P people pulled garbage like E2S1 Firefly, and Acheron's E2 does nothing yet people pulled that too. At this point it's over 1.5 years, avg cost for day oners should be like 18. Even for the 12 cost F2P limit, this team makes sense. You can easily assemble an Acheron team for 1st half Choir with the remaining 5 cost.

@@sacrificialscapegoat209not really, none of the enemies is imaginary weak, so IL can't fully utilized his kit either. The biggest difference here is unlike JL, IL power actually comes from multipliers instead of self buff. So he becomes better with better relic and support
