DIY Tissue Box Cover 13 cm x 13 cm | Macrame Tutorials
Hi Macrame Lovers...
In this macrame tutorial video, I made a box-shaped Tissue Box Cover macrame.
The following materials are needed to make this Macrame Tissue Box Cover:
1. 3mm cotton rope
14 x 250 cm (Measure 100 cm from the end of the rope, then fold it in half.)
28 x 80 cm ( Measure 30 cm from the end of the rope, then fold it in half)
1 x 70 cm (to make a double half hitch knot line)
Total rope used 5810 cm = 58.1 meters
2. Wooden dowel 15 cm long as a tool (I used 1 cm thick)
3. Scissors
4. Tissue box measures 13 m long x 13 cm wide x 9 cm high
This Macrame Tissue Box Cover is made using only 3 macrame knots, namely: Lark's head knot, square knot and double half hitch knot. If you are still unfamiliar with this knot, you can learn about it first in my previous video about basic macrame knots.

I found that my strings were not long enough to cover a regular Kleenex box. Cut the strings about 10 inches longer than what she said.
