FUN FACT: There's some villages in polar bear regions where people don't lock their front door in case someone is walking down the road and sees a polar bear they can run into the house before they get attacked. Sounds crazy to 99% of us but most of these small towns everyone knows one another so that helps.

If you ever get a chance to visit Cochrane you can get to see some rehabilitated polar bears with just a pane of glass between you and them. Churchill is probably a better experience because it's their actual environment. But Cochrane is pretty impressive. They've given them land with a stocked Lake so the bears can go hunting.

I imagine once the bears realized you weren't food (or easily accessible food 😂), they were just curious about everyone. That was a really beautiful moment. Also, I don't know why I assumed polar bears lived in Antarctica. It was one of those assumptions I made and never thought through.

    I love Polar Bears🐻‍❄️
They're my #1 favorite bear species since I was 5 years old.
    🌟Polar Bear 🐻‍❄️
    🌟Black Bear
    🌟Grizzly Bear 🐻
    🌟Spirit Bear
    🌟Sun bear
I've learned so much from these guys:
    -They're the world's largest land carnivore 🌎 🍖
-Their beautiful white coat isn't really white, it's actually clear and it's skin is black ⚫
-Their incredible hunters in land and in the water 🌊
-Their sense of smell is incredible; in fact they can smell a seal under 3 ft of ice 🧊👃
    -Their diet includes:
    🌟Seals 🦭
    🌟Walruses
    🌟Whales 🐋
-When it comes to swimming, they can swim up to 30 miles without stopping thanks to their waterproof coat and webbed paws 🐾
-They have a 2-4 inch layer of fat that helps them keep afloat when swimming and stay warm when taking a dip in the freezing cold or enduring the cold weather ❄

Another excellent video! Anytime there is a presentation of animals like this, it pulls me like a soul magnet! They were here first and depending on your personal beliefs, they were created before man. If a Higher Power did this, it would seem that the Higher Power was placing essential creatures here first, before man. My question is this: what right does man have to destroy these gifts? Man moves in, destroying the environment, food sources and without any thoughts of how he is effecting the gifts on earth. Before a man/woman decides to “take over and colonize a place” they should be aware of the total impact of what they are doing and how the animals will respond.
It’s like several places I know that wanted to get rid of coyotes in there towns. Now they have problems with mice. Coyotes eat mice and voles.

Is that an electric vehicle that you’re touring those polar bears with? If not that is letting emissions out the air and if people really want to help polar bears, they’ll completely leave the areas 100% and leave them to their own territory so two things happened emissions out of that vehicle, and then the human footprint.
