I used to go to Ah Meng. M2 Garage. He's pretty good with Super 4s. But sometimes there is long wait times.

Seems like it is Spec 3. Okay easiest way to spot the difference is the cooling fins on the engine block. Revo only has 3 fins, where else spec 3 has more and it runs all the way down the side of the engine block.
