Beef Taquitos (makes 5 servings - 655 calories per serving (about 4 taquitos))
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 4.5 oz can green chiles
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- seasonings (sazon, cumin, oregano, paprika, onion & garlic powder, black pepper & salt to taste)
- yellow corn tortillas
Sautee onion & garlic. Add green chiles and ground beef, cook until brown. Set aside. Warm tortillas through (corn tortillas aren't very pliable, warming them makes rolling easier). Immediately add meat mixture, top with cheese and roll. Repeat until all of the meat mixture is gone.
Serve on top a bed of lettuce with the toppings of your choosing (I used tomato, crema, cilantro, mexican hot sauce). Enjoy!

You repeating to yourself 'hii caN iH Ave..' is me every time I get a drink that's not my usual americano with milk. 🤣 I still remember my 3-in-1 coffees, and now I'm here getting matchas like I'm somebody like who am I even. (In no way I'm suggesting that's your thought process, but it's now it feels for me about me.) It amuses me every time. Plus if I don't say it out loud, it would end up 'hi can i have a two pumps of brown matcha with a grande ice and two sugar vanillas'. 😶🌫
Matcha is just dried and ground green tea so it should be earthy but the Starbucks matcha is also pre-sweetened in the pouch. If you want to make your own lattes Trader Joe’s sell a tin and also single serve packs. I keep vanilla syrup at home or mix a splash of vanilla creamer in!

Hey Hannah...this is what I was talking about in one of your previous vlogs! God is purging you and leveling you up spiritually. I went through the same thing last year. I'm 55 but feel like now I'm an adult..Father God set me free from things that were holding me back from being the best me. I see now what God was doing. It was painful at the time but so needed and worth it. Love you sis🤗

Yes, I love walking. I am striving to walk for 30 Minutes everyday for 30 days. I am going to gradually work my way to an hour. To be honest, I believe I can do it now. I love how you add in cooking in your videos. I am going to try some of those recipes. I enjoyed your vacation vlogs. I understand not being a person that does a lot of traveling and is a homebody. I want to visit some places here and there, but at the end of the day, I love being at home. You are one my favorite UA-camrs because you are so hilarious. Enjoy your weekend.

Starbucks matcha is definitely more earthy. That's my thing so I love it. Sometimes I get one pump of vanilla. I absolutely need to get back on my walking. My books keep distracting me though. 😊
