I remember when they called it winter garbage. In the 90s. But I moved here to DTWG in 2018 after living in Hunter Creek for 20 years. Horizon west/hamlin is not winter garden. It’s Orange County. I use my golf cart everyday but man it’s getting so crowded now it’s got its pros and cons thank you for doing a video on my city of WG. But we don’t need any more people lol jk.
Uhh, Horizone West is a master plan community name. It's in the city of Winter Garden, which is part of Orange County. There are zero houses in Horizon West with the city name "Horizon West, Hamlin, or Orange County". All the houses are addressed to be "Winter Garden" as the city name.
@@Singuy888no Horizon West is NOT in the city of WG. it's in the ZIP CODE OF WG. there is no city here. we are in Orange county. the city of WG starts a few miles north of HW. I live in independence which is part of horizon West. if you call the police here. you get orange county PD not Winter garden PD.
@@jimmtairymd Funny cause you write "winter garden FL" as the city of your address for the post office. Every house I clicked on in horizon west list Winter Garden as the city for their address.

Oh yeah. Nobody spoke about Winter Garden the way they speak on it now. That’s why I love Real Estate. I’ve seen so much of it change in my lifetime!

I had a house in WG 8 yrs ago and I can’t wait to get back. What a fun place to raise a family and enjoy the local vibes.
