My strat is to use fast flier creature, big stamina, small with burrow. place burrow at letter location, and then at mailbox, and then just teleport between them. to make getting roses even faster, you could farm chocolateplates while the mailbox is on the 1 minute cooldown.
I would recommend using euvias.
