The very last thing the operator needs is the customer trying to supervise the job. The operator is insured and bonded and knows his job. Let him work.
I've dealt with some real professionals for tows, but my friends have dealt with real idiots a couple of times. If I'm paying you then you're going to deal with my questions. Anybody who doesn't like that should find a job that doesn't deal directly with customers.
Not only do I know how to drive a car over the curb, I also know how to do your job. But in case I don’t, here’s my bf to run back and forth in and out of the triangle of death spouting nonsense. It’s amazing that she would think that after hauling the car undercarriage over the curb that she suddenly needs to be gentle with it. You called me as an expert, let me do my job.
I was laughing when she said she didn’t want you to damage the undercarriage. Well maybe don’t go over the damn curb 😂 you have a lot of patience bro cause I know deep inside you probably wanted to tell them to shut the hell up and let you do your job. At one point I was like just give them the truck and let them do it 😂 Good job getting it done.
Well if she wants to foot the bill for a Rotator that would be an option, but you're the best option I would say. I hate when someone bird dogs me. Good job Dustin.
Well done Dustan you kept your cool and was still in control. That be like having a instructor watching your every move!. You truly are worth your weight and more in gold. Stay safe. 😊
I would have charged them 20 bucks each time they are telling you how to do your job!! And the customer going right under cables that are under extreme tension.... if they break for ANY reason, he could be SERIOUSLY injured, or worse... damn these customers are a PITA!! Keep up the awesome content Dustin!
Dustin, you have the patience of Job! Those two should have enough sense to get out of the professional's way and let him do his job. You were more than accommodating as you did your job and being very patient with them at same time.
Nice job justin i know you were trying to be polite and professional but if he gets hurts it's on you but me since I don't have a youtube channel i would've said later or here's the controls you get it but excellent job on the recovery i applaud you even though you had to deal with the customer in your danger zone
I've told people in the past if you want to dictate how I do my job call someone else I'm out usually at that point they either shut up and let me do my job or I leave
Yea a heavy wrecker would he more helpfully but the problem I noticed it that there are power lines above where the car is unless its a rotator I don’t know if a straight stick truck would be able to gets its boom low enough to fit under the wires
I hate those types of recoveries. We were on a call like that with a minivan. The difference was they pulled over on a 2 lane road that didn't a shoulder. We made it to the call and the van was leaning over pretty bad. It was so bad that if you touched it, it probably would have flipped over.
Dustin you sure have a lot of patience if it was me doing that job I would have told the customer to keep away and let me do the job I am paid for. Know alls are a pain in the butt
Is there not a law for people to stand clear of emergency vehicles and their operators, and let them do their job unhindered? If not if I owned a towing company, I would make that a priority/condition for to do a job. Sorry so many comments, this one really got under my skin! The boyfriend was def putting himself in danger ⚠️ several times.
I'd told that guy a few times to stay outta my working area. I hated people trying to tell me how to do my job as an operator, but good thing having him/her sign that damage waiver frees him and the company from liability for her oops moment
Barking at the tow truck driver, really crazy as he'll, she lost her freaking mind ,sweet heart, remember don't drink and drink, she luck I cop's didn't see this I could tell you it DUI tickets 500 fine and court dates for sure dude, look how far to the right she went ,she's could have killed someone. It not a joke.
I would have unhooked and left. If he could have done the job i would have let him. A couple mins in i would have packed up and moved on to someone who really needed me.
Dustin, i noticed this vehicle does not have the red & blue emergency lights, as your big flatbed has. Do the Texas Laws differ among the size of recovery vehicles, sir?
This truck has them, but I didn’t turn them on. In this case, they wouldn’t have been pointed in a direction traffic would see them anyway. I generally only use them on the roadway.
I would’ve asked him, “Man where yo tow truck at?!” I always tell my customers to stand over there and stay there for safety reasons. Really for them to be out my way and out my ear!
Dustin, you have the patience of an angel. I would have told them just to shut up and let you do your job. Most of all, to stay out of the triangle of danger. That's what I call people who have turds of stupidity.😠😊
Better man than me!!!!
I would have left that job after 5 minutes with "experts" telling me how to do my job
Oh my goodness!
The very last thing the operator needs is the customer trying to supervise the job. The operator is insured and bonded and knows his job. Let him work.
Well she did such a good job putting it in there she thought she should tell him how to get it out

You ought to charge an extra $100 if the customer insists on helping. 🤣
Agree Cash in Hand . $ 250 say the least .
That would be nice of Dustin 🤣
You knew there was going to be trouble when the customer asked, "Got any ideas?

Dustin I give you credit for handling all that. Just what every tow truck driver need is someone to tell you your job. You handle it every well.
Thank You! I tried to keep my cool
Well if she wants to foot the bill for a Rotator that would be an option, but you're the best option I would say. I hate when someone bird dogs me. Good job Dustin.
It’s somewhat understandable, but still somewhat annoying lol
Looks like power lines directly over the car as well. Arc nemesis as they say.
What would it cost for a heavy wrecker?

It was quite the test
I was going to say the same . Dustin is a Saint. I'd a lost my shit lol..

Thank You!
That handicap plate says it all.
Boy I just love it when people don't know what they're talking about and telling you how to do your job
FFS lady, go inside, get a cup of coffee or two and we'll let ya know when it's all done. LoL 🤫🤐
So great meeting you yesterday! A local (humble) celebrity!

Dustin, great job getting that car over curb, enjoyed watching as always.
Thank You for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
You need more people telling you how to do your job.
I just love it when people tell someone how to do there job
Crazy to have 3 tow truck operators in one video.........
😂
🤣 🤣 And here I kept looking for Dustin coworkers haha
This is why we pay the big bucks to the skilled tow drivers because they know what they are doing! Let Dustin do his job!
Well that was the long way around the barn. Good job Dustin.
Thanks!
The expert drove it into that situation. Now they want to tell you how to do your job. Gotta love it😂
It scares me how he is always getting so close when you are winching and telling you how to do your job .
Was I the only one annoyed with this people ?
No ur not alone i am too smh

Good job Dustin that man should have told her to shut up and let you do your job
The customer's boyfriend could have been a liability, but you handled him well.
Once again, you are so patient with the folks offering their opinions how to do your job.
Thank You!
You gotta love the experts, charge extra for B.S..
dont you just love the "never ran a wrecker" customer expertise!

Yeah, not my truck. I’d have upgraded that long ago.
Monday morning quarterback guy wasn’t working out
Awesome video i see you got the driver side mirror fixed this call would have been easier with a heavy wrecker tbh
I know that you can do it but she needs to keep her mouth shut and stay out of the way
And let you do your job since she don't know what she is saying or she would be into the towing business instead of the convence store
Because you do a great job

Funny. They want to weigh in on how to get the suv un stuck. STFU. You already tore the "under carriage up when you ran over the curb.

No chain hooks on this truck, and that would have drug the under side of the car the whole way. Lifting it like I did was the better approach.

She should have been worried about tearing her undercarriage up when she ran off the road. She needs to learn how to drive.
Let’s face it, this didn’t happen at 2MPH judging by the height of the curb.
