These monkeys are better off here in this house with this family. It's what they've always known their entire lives. I have always loved your family and the way you raise, not only your monkeys babies, but your human ones as well. I think you show great love, patience, and care for your children and it shows in their obedience, kindness, and love to others and each other. I am happy to hear that Poki will not be leaving the family! People must understand that Poki is still a tiny baby and just like a human baby, he eats and sleeps often. He is only able to play limitedly and for short periods of time. He cannot yet run around and play with toys, just like a human baby cannot. I think Poki is maturing quite well! Cookie was just like the rest of the family and treated as so. So please don't tell people who they can love and who not to love. My cousin's son has a lot of love for his special pet ( not for me but he loves it) and this pet is allowed to go all over the house and family members love the King, I stay far away because the King is a 5foot white and orange boa snake.

Poki is also a different species of macaque. Stump tail macaques sometimes called the grumpy monkey. They have a different appearance, personality, vocals, aggressiveness, climbing abilities, they are known to be somewhat lazy but can be very destructive to their environment. PuPu is a pigtail or short tailed Macaque. Totally different in personality and appearance to Poki as you can clearly see. So Poki will never be like PuPu. Seems like we all love so much about PuPu that any comparison is unfair to Poki. I also am not a fan of Poki, or any stump-tailed macaque. All that I have seen raised by humans along with other macaque species are mean and aggressive. Easy for people to think that I am just mean spirited because Poki is only an innocent little baby right now. However, I feel that as he grows, he will cause Pupu much stress and cause him to lose his sweetness. Aside from that, I think stumpies are the ugliest, most disgusting, gluttonous, and annoying of all macaque species.
Do you know that monkeys are four times stronger than humans, and in the wild the young ones carry other young ones. And often when Pupu is carrying Poki, Pupu is running. When someone is carrying something too heavy for them, the last thing they would be able to do is run. So you see there is no reason to worry that Poki is too heavy for Pupu. Also if Poki was too heavy, Pupu would just put him down and not keep wanting to pick Poki up all the time. No worries.

N'encouragez et n'apprenez pas Poki à marcher sur 2 pattes, ce n'est pas naturel et leur morphologie naturelle n'est pas faite pour cela (ça reste exceptionnel dans la nature, pour quelques pas seulement lorsque la situation les y force).

I have always loved your family and the way you raise, not only your monkeys babies, but your human ones as well. I think you show great love, patience, and care for your children and it shows in their obedience, kindness, and love to others and each other. I am happy to hear that Poki will not be leaving the family! People must understand that Poki is still a tiny baby and just like a human baby, he eats and sleeps often. He is only able to play limitedly and for short periods of time. He cannot yet run around and play with toys, just like a human baby cannot. I think Poki is maturing quite well! Really!!! People love whoever they have their ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ draw to. My friend had a monkey for 7 years, till she died from a long illness and was loved by every single family member. Cookie was just like the rest of the family and treated as so. So please don't tell people who they can love and who not to love. My cousin's son has a lot of love for his special pet ( not for me but he loves it) and this pet is allowed to go all over the house and family members love the King, I stay far away because the King is a 5foot white and orange boa snake.

Even those monkeys who are abused to a degree will attempt to cling to their owners. They don’t have a choice of mother figures. It’s security, not love.

Poki is also a different species of macaque. Stump tail macaques sometimes called the grumpy monkey. They have a different appearance, personality,
vocals, aggressiveness, climbing abilities, they are known to be somewhat lazy but can be very destructive to their environment. PuPu is a pigtail or short tailed Macaque. Totally different in personality and appearance to Poki as you can clearly see. So Poki will never be like PuPu. Seems like we all love so much about PuPu that any comparison is unfair to Poki. Keep watching and we will all be surprised as they get older. ❤ To P & P you two have the best parents a monkey could ever have. ❤

I also am not a fan of Poki, or any stump-tailed macaque. All that I have seen raised by humans along with other macaque species are mean and aggressive. Easy for people to think that I am just mean spirited because Poki is only an innocent little baby right now. However, I feel that as he grows, he will cause Pupu much stress and cause him to lose his sweetness. Aside from that, I think stumpies are the ugliest, most disgusting, gluttonous, and annoying of all macaque species.
Do you know that monkeys are four times stronger than humans, and in the wild the young ones carry other young ones. And often when Pupu is carrying Poki, Pupu is running. When someone is carrying something too heavy for them, the last thing they would be able to do is run. So you see there is no reason to worry that Poki is too heavy for Pupu. Also if Poki was too heavy, Pupu would just put him down and not keep wanting to pick Poki up all the time. No worries.

En tout cas Pupu reste particulièrement doux et délicat et j'espère pour vous qu'il gardera ce caractère à l'âge adulte.
N'encouragez et n'apprenez pas Poki à marcher sur 2 pattes, ce n'est pas naturel et leur morphologie naturelle n'est pas faite pour cela (ça reste exceptionnel dans la nature, pour quelques pas seulement lorsque la situation les y force).

But there is no proof that Pupu was trained to walk bipedally. Sometimes monkeys in the wild do so. Sometimes monkeys look at humans walking and imitate them. It is only damaging if done for long periods of time. But the fact is no one really has proof so we should not assume.
