You must use the item within 7 days or it disappears and you will no longer be able to transfer servers. It doesn't say that anywhere in the item information but I found out the hard way when mine disappeared and I contacted customer service to inquire about it.

What about after 15? Brand new player and have very little info of the game and just hit 16 before I got asked about server hopping. Which is fine. But now teying to figure it out.
