Today while I was running 🏃♀️ at the park I wanted to cry but kept telling myself “Don’t give up please “. I have been trying to lose weight since I was 13 now am 30 and for the first time in my life am actually committed. I never commit or even considered myself a disciplined person but since the start of July, I’ve been doing things I have never done. Cut of one of the deepest relationships I had since 2018 . I cried a lot and still do sometimes but it was toxic and I finally decided to choose myself. This relationship made me realize how I gave up on me to stay with this person. Something clicked within me this month. I’m more active and very dedicated and determined to change my life. Won’t look back.
