NT cutter is at least the quality of olfa and half the price or less for the cutters and the blades. A553p comes with the 30° blades in a 5 blade cartridge, starter comes with three blades for $6.90, rounded plastic holder that won't scratch and runs along vinyl perfectly. Beats the bologna out of everything else here for value and equal or better in performance

Yes it is good. Does have a little play when the blade is out but overall it's a good one to get.
