- This is a tour of all the homes that are on Lake Butler in Lake Butler Sound. It includes the well known Versailles home that is the biggest residential home in Florida and will be the 8th largest private residence in the USA once completed.
Follow my channel to see the rest of the homes in Lake Butler Sound. I will be posting videos of the other homes in this community that are not on the Lake, and I will also be doing tours of other neighborhoods also in the Central Florida area.

*Unreal how fair the prices are in Florida. Any of those mansions here in Toronto Canada would sell for about 20 million plus. There is an old english mansion currently on the market in the city I live close to selling for $60 million dollars. It's no where as nice as these homes.* #Want2Move2FLA

Hey Jason, you may very well be correct. I found multiple different numbers and the 85K came up most often. The property appraiser site has it at 63,327 square feet, but I am sure as it is still being built the number changes as they make updates to the floor plan :). Thanks for commenting and watching!! Are non-commercial trucks allowed on the property, such as GMC Denali 2500HD, I read that RV’s, Motorcycle, trucks are not permitted, but I need clarification. My email to the association manager went unanswered.
Hi Anthony, I believe private vehicles are ok, but I would also need to verify for HOA management. If you are interested in a home there or a neighboring community let me know and I can send you listings and if you like any, I can reach out to the homeowners and get the HOA rules and also work on getting the HOA to respond to confirm.

How old are those homes?
Hi Juan, most of the homes in this community were built between 2002 and 2008 with some exceptions that are newer. Average home here is about 15 years old.
